Even though they bug me to death , lol. I love them. And I have so many items from here. They make me laugh when I am down at times.
1st off I Leased Refrigerator was measured prior to delivery as insure Correct Fit. The Technician/Driver came Into my Home and Measured the Space and Said yes Correct Fit and Proceeded to Bring the Unit in. Once in the Kitchen and into the Space it Wouldn't Fit Reason Too High after it was Measured prior to Installation. That's #1 then I order 60" TV Stand along with 50" TV I called Spoke with Office Staff and Confirmed my Pieces had Arrived at Their Store and I Was Scheduled Delivery on the Weekend between 2-4. I waited they Never Showed up so I Called and was Told Someone Tried To Contact Me To Inform My Pieces Hadn't Arrived, Nobody Called me to Inform Me I Said it's Me Calling You. All You Hear From The Staff Excuses After Excuses. We The Customer Just Want's To Be Informed!
Bought a TV from here in 2018 if you do your research most items are overpriced if your trying to buy out early. If you really need to get electronics on a lease best buy offers Progressive leasing which is a way better option especially if you buy it out in 3 months. The prices are basically msrp at the 3 month plan option.
Absolutely disappointed in this location. I came in today with my family and the person at the counter said hello. She didn't ask us if we needed any help, if we were looking for anything at all. I seen 2 female employees on their phone and 1 male building something. For this being one of only 2 aarons in the Sacramento area you would think they would want our business. Never again will I come to aarons or recommend them to anyone.
Bought a used mattress is was worth the money. But just beware used doesn’t mean damaged and the box springs had a hole in the lining. They did include a “free” cover for both in the sell of the set.
I'm not one for chain stores but these two guys did right by me. I do not have great credit and I needed a TV they got me into a great deal in fact the percentage I only that I had to pay over the entire billing process was only 10% so I got a really great television and a really great deal I've since gone back and bought another television and I bought a bed I will continue to deal with these guys. And this is the store on Watt avenue in Sacramento California.
Bought a laptop from here a year ago. Poor customer service, unknowledgeable employees who have no customer service skills OR even the skill to not get their own company in trouble. So far in less than a month they have twice given me different payoff amounts. Twice went ahead and charged my account for the full monthly amount of $145 instead of the $32 payoff amount. Just now when I again tried to pay if off the employee same woman, 2 months now, said her name is Shares threw out "$145, $76, $35"..... Throwing out numbers like we are on the Price Is Right!! Then said to give her my credic card # over the phone to verify. Verify WHAT, I don't know. Because they haven't had a problem illegally accessing my bank account the last 2 months I told them not to. But all of a sudden she wants the credit card # again today after being told countless times during the conversation that they are not to take one more thin dime from my account. Called the corporate office to try and resolve the issue. Waiting on the eternal CALL BACK!! Good luck to anyone who uses them. Aaron's is a good store if you need that type of setup ....but the Watt Ave store is a fat NOOOOOO. And please, Aaron's, do not respond with SORRY TO HEAR THIS PLEASE EMAIL US AT ..... Thats called sweeping it under the rug. People need to hear what they are going to deal with at this location. Have a great sunshine filled day!
A lot of rent to own companies have a bad rap for over charging. I guess in the long run you pay double the price. But, that is how Aaron's stays in business. However, you do have the option to pay same as cash price within 90 days. So whereas you don't have $1400 for a TV. But will be able to pay that within three months. It's great. Especially, I'd your credit isn't perfect. The customer service I received was excellent. More than what I would expect. I believe it was the manager who helped me out the majority of my purchase. He was very personable and helpful. I will definitely purchase and rent to own from Aarons in the future.
