I love this place! I've bought several pieces of furniture. And a washing machine! I love the easy financing terms, the same as cash deal for early pay-off, and the selection! And FREE DELIVERY! that really what does it for me! I could have bought the same couch somewhere else and paid $150 extra for delivery! No thanks

John is an atrocious manager and human being in general. The fact corporate took over the store and moved the building should show he can't make money for the company. His attitude is gross and condescending. He's abusive in a petty sneaky weak way. You're also being ripped off paying at least 14 Percent increase on the product. New management is a must.

I fell in love with my table and chair set about a year ago when I first saw it in the store but someone bought it and I had pretty much forgotten about it until my huaband and I went in looking for a fridge and there it was. So my husband surprised me by buying the table for me. It looks beautiful and I love it.

I have gotten a lot of things from Aaron's, they are super helpful, understanding and very nice, I love they're furniture and they're electronics, they have never steered me wrong

My family has been shopping here for years and, honestly, this location is a lot better than many others I have been to. The reason why is the staff. They actually take the time to learn about their customer and what they want or need unlike so many other places. The quality of goods is very durable, not obscure brands like some and usually a good selection. Kudos to John and his staff for excellence in customer relations!!

First of all Ruth the saleslady is really nice and seems to be great in customer service, however whenever the manager is on the phone he is demeaning and basically makes you feel stupid for asking how your bill is somehow always late and gets annoyed when you ask for any kind of explanation. When a customer is upset trying to figure out how their bill is late or not understanding he tells you to not talk to him that way. Super frustrating to be an adult being told to not talk a certain way especially when your upset and not getting the answers to the questions your asking. Will be giving the furniture back and buying elsewhere. Sure hope they get a new manager, Ruth would make a great one.

I signed a rent to own contract 2 years ago with the understanding from management that it would boost my credit. I didn’t miss one payment. I’m now told that they DON’T report this to the credit bureau. That was an insane amount of money to fork out every month for 2 years! SHAME ON YOU! You are now paid in full, thanks for nothing.

Paid for new washer/dryer as well as stove, got dryer and it only worked 3 times before it stopped working, found out it was in for repairs when they gave it to me and a new stove that died within 28 months. So Not impressed. I won't waste my money again.

Friendly staff. Easy to get what you want if they dont have it there they order it quickly. Delivery people are very friendly and helpful if need be. Highly recommend. I love all the items I have purchased there.
