I began renting from this location in December of 2021 and my experience started off well, however, once the manager who helped me with my original purchase was no longer with the company, it quickly took a downward spiral. The day I returned the furniture, the company caused several damages to the apartment trying to remove the furniture. In response, I was told that their insurance company would follow-up and file a claim for the damages, they did not and I was charged for those cost. When I reached out to store about this inquiry, they were dismissive towards me and did not follow-up again. I would highly recommend to not use their services. Either purchase your furniture at a local store or try to find another renting furniture company, not Aaron’s either. *Pictures show paint damages to the wall but they also broke the thermostat.
We rent a refrigerator here every year for our large family gathering on Independence Day. No other rental place is willing to accommodate us because they are only interested in long term- big bucks. These guys are great getting it to us and picked up. Yes the fee for just one month is higher but totally worth it to have the extra space for the month. Big Thank You.
Wonderful staff, Ysmel the store manager takes care of his customers and makes sure they leave satisfied. Been with them for over 2 years. Amy is such a sweet heart who works the floor, keep up the good work guts!
Because of the Very Nice Professional Assistant Managers help to locate the items I wanted she really went all out to be a helpful salesperson and didn't bother me trying to sell me other things I did not want! She just asked if there's anything else I need give her a call at store and she'll be glad to help me! She knows the products and very interesting intelligent and hard working woman! I don't know if the others are as helpful but I'd definitely go back to buy something from them again!
People were nice and helpful it's a option to have if you are like me and your credit is not good and you want something that is to much to buy if you have to pay full price right away. That being said you have to be aware of how much it will cost you in the long run. I was able to get a phone that otherwise I could not afford the phone is a refurbished one and I was told it was new. I could live with that but it broke after 2 days. It is Sunday so i have to wait till Monday to talk to a worker to hopefully get it fixed and that should not be a problem as long as they honor the contract. I will be posting more if there is a problem. Other than that I am hoppy to have a product that I usually just wish I could have as long as they fix it.
Worst customer service ever! Several calls & store visits to coordinate furniture selection and set up delivery. I needed an entire house furnished as my belongings were damaged. My card was charged over $800 prior to scheduling delivery then delivery never happened. Very difficult to make other delivery times due to short staffing, no truck, items not available - rented to someone else, excuses were endless. I requested a refund to my card & was told I would have to drive to the store over 30 miles to do it in person. They placed charge over the phone, but wouldn't return over the phone. District manager got involved he explained he wanted "new" store manager to work this out. Again requested a refund, was told to drive to the store, because they didn't have ability to do refund over the phone - even though now four days later no furniture & over $800 taken from bank account. So with no resolution from them, I had to file a claim with my bank to have funds "temporarily" available. Approximately 45 days later after investigation the funds were returned permanently. In the interim, I was able to purchase necessities from Craigslist to get by. Although some items were not brand new they were superior quality and condition of the limited selection at their store. Don't waste your time and money here, better off to shop the classifieds because your getting used stuff from them anyway. Lesson learned!!
I wish I could leave ZERO stars.... if you ever dealt with them I'm sure you had the Pleasure of getting reminder calls days before and the day your bill is due. Everyone pays their bills, yet they feel the need to harass you and your references the day you are due.... why? Why is that neccessary? It's annoying, and I will never deal with them again for this horrible customer service practice. When you ask them not to do this they yell at you on the phone... 0 stars
Aimee is the best. She treats you right and makes sure your taken care of. She is always on top of things. Its great to always have a face that you have seen alot still there. She makes me glad i choose to spend my money there. Always friendly and has lots of information and gets you what you want. The other staff is great too.
Over the past several years I have bought 2 washer & dryer sets, 3 TV's, a living room set, and 2 bedroom sets from here - items and customer service always so great, that I would give the items to my kids when they moved out and buy another one from RAC. Been about 2 years since I've been in there, and went to go look today. Had every intention of getting a washer and dryer and a recliner...nope! I cannot believe how very aweful the store had become. 3 washing machines on the display floor and all of them filthy...caked on dried soap and dirt all over the inside of them all. Seriously??? Why put up items for sale without taking 15 minutes to clean them up? Not one machine, but all of them. Asking almost 3 thousand dollars for the set and they can't even clean them up? Garage sale items are cleaner than their store items. Was so disgusted I didn't even look at the recliners. I just left. Guess I will have to go to Aaron's now - too bad.
I am the owner of a home staging business in Southern Oregon and sometimes need to rent larger pieces. The prices are great, the rental terms are perfect, and sales manager Levi has by far the best customer service skills I have come across. From management to delivery, the process was easy and I felt my business was a priority. Thank you RAC team! You are what makes the business work!
