They make it so hard for someone to try to rent something what I'm asking for is on a website and they is not trying to get me get it other words they are not trying to help me order or show me how to order it online

So I tried to make a purchase today after paying off an item.management and staff was very unprofessional.from keeping me on hold for 20 minutes along with management stating she would give me a call back in 15 minutes as she had customers and was the only person in the store,However when I arrived back up to the store because no one was helping me .she was closing with no customers.I have been a customer with Aaron for over 10 years now and if this is the new staff and management I will never shop here again as they are not here to make sales they are here to stand around and get paid.

I've never heard of having to come in to the store and go through the entire approval process all over again to make a new purchase when I've already been renting and paying off items for years at various loctaions. But that's what i was told by some girl that works there when she answered the phone. When i questioned her and asked to speak to the manager he conveniently was on vacation or so i was told. He never returned my calls.

Very nice and friendly people very helpful have never had a complaint with Aaron's and all the years that I have been dealing with them

Loved the personalized service that I received from China. She was so kind and patient. I had looked online before visiting the location, and was interested in one particular living room set. When I arrived, she told me they had just sold that set and didn't have it in at the moment. Of course when deciding on something that will be a large part of your home, and therefore, your life...you want to make sure it's comfortable and right for you. China called around to nearby locations until she found one that had the set in stock it's very popular. When I saw it, I loved it! And because of her excellent customer service went back to her to order it! It just arrived today and I love it!

Was given a High Pont tel# for Aaron's Flooring who subcontracts for Lowe's. I was to receive a call to schedule a unscheduled time for measurements for flooring since I was on vacation. Received a call and was told my the person representing your company, they would only come on Monday and was unable to meet me at 6 he was not traveling back to Winston Salem after 6. Also stated I could leave a key//Really who leaves a key for a stranger with what happens in our society; or have a neighbor meet him// again REALLY. If your company is not willing to put your customers first, I sure do not feel comfortable with you putting my floors in. I will definitely not recommend your company or Lowe's for any flooring.

Very rude and disrespectful. They have had our TV for 5 months to repair the sound and now can't find it. Then I call again to check on it and the guy was a smart ass very rude and disrespectful to me and Mr mull And said he would have to check and get back to me after I told him he didn't have to be rude when every other time we've called they could of put me on hold and checked it. And the guy I talked to was manager!!! Wow he's in the wrong line of work with his attitude. The name was in my roommates wife's name which I gave them but she has passed... they assumed I was her and called me miss mull then got on the phone with mr mull and said its not right for her to say she's miss mull which I didn't and for two that don't have nothing to do with our TV!

Quick & friendly service I went in 5 months pregnant with a toddler & a 7 yr old, they made my experience quick & easy. I also found great furniture for a great price!

Horrible customer service. Rude management. Wouldn’t bother shopping with them any more try Conn’s and they report to your credit.

Me an my fiancé purchased a couch from the Aaron's in high point North Carolina furniture capital of the world An by far the worst service horible product I've ever received in my life after prob two dozen phone calls the run around five or six times the three times the manager was to be out to our house to inspect the couch for possible bed bugs I e had to call there corporate office to try and get a resolution lets see where that gets us
