Went here on a whim after having some difficulties with a major chain in Columbia. While the store was not in the best condition due to remodeling, the customer service was exceptional and I was able to go from looking, to making a purchase for two rooms worth of furniture in a very quick manner. Their prices are reasonable and while their floor selection may have been a little lacking, they pointed me to their dealer catalogs which we used to find a great dining room set. I worked with Erich and his assistance made me feel good about the entire process. The fact that they deliver to Columbia was a huge plus and the delivery fee was more than reasonable considering what I ordered. I would recommend them. Thanks for a very pleasant experience compared to what I dealt with while trying to work with a major chain.

If there were negative stars I would have given it. The furniture is trash, the assembly staff is horrible. They had no idea how to assemble the furniture. The assembly staff all smelled awful like cigarettes and BO. Needless to say the furniture lasted less than a year and I wasted 2k. Go to a repeatable location like Ashley's you will ne happier. And if you go with this company hide all valuable items because they will be stollen if left out during assembly process.

I've dealt with them for years they are great. The manager Mr. Lyles may he rest in peace he was an honest salesman going to miss his kind truthful heart.

We went here looking for a red living room set and found one at a price I thought I would never find. Definitely glad I went here I always thought they were priced high but they're not.

Appeared to be way understaffed. Walled around for 40 minutes without being greeted. Then stood in line for another 30 to get assistance on furniture that needed to be ordered and just finally walked out.

We have had several great experiences purchasing quality furniture Ashley, Broyhill, from High Point.

Nice furniture and friendly staff. They are remodeling the store right now and it looks nice
