What a great experience from walking in the door to the guys that delivered and set up. I'm truly satisfied. Couldn't have ask for any better.

Went into the store a week ago to purchase a new pillow for my wife. The sales team were very courteous. Went back into the store today to return the pillow since I bought the wrong size, and they don't do returns. The pillow is still in its sealed box so it has not been used. Lesson learned.

Every time I go there and I spend a lot of money , I always get a great discount. THEY, come to your home to pit things together and they clean up the mess, Thank you Pike Rod Furniture, I will be back to get more stuff..

My first time visiting this store and I was impressed. The staff was very professional and willing to help my husband and I find the furniture we wanted. Other Furniture stores could not help us saying it would take weeks to months. Hank at Pike Road made it happen! Thank you.

Went in on a Saturday. Kendall was awesome! Very patient and knowledgeable. Went in on Monday because of the sign I saw on Saturday that Queen mattress sets were $199 with the Beauty Rest logo at the bottom. Spoke to Ron. When I inquired about those advertised mattresses, he said he wasn’t sure if they were in stock. I assume the other salesman may have been a manager but i never got his name! He explained that they did not have Beauty Rest for $199 but did have $199 mattresses. I mentioned that his sign advertised Beauty Rest. He explained that it wasn’t supposed to say that. The sign was just alerting customers that they carried Beauty Rest Brand mattresses. I told him that his sign was misleading. Nevertheless, Ron guided me to the $199 mattresses which I decided not to buy because the quality was poor. Other than that, they have very nice furniture. Ron was pleasant!
