Should update times for Saturday. Says at store you are open till 5 pm on Saturday was there at 415 nobody there. Please update. I like store and what you can get . But I'd appreciate being able to walk in pay my bill when says open.. disappointed.

BYER BEWARE!!! Unless you have a lot of extra money in your account that you don’t mind losing when they take out much more than agreed upon and take it out randomly with charges you have no idea what they’re for… you probably don’t want to ever give them access to your account!!!!! It has cost me a minimum of 800 dollars above and beyond my agreed upon amount just to do business with this deceitful company! The couch I leased was filthy and broken when delivered! They shampooed it with acid I think and it destroyed my carpet! They NEVER gave me the discount promised for the damage. Instead they charged me 40 dollars more each month than agreed upon! Without my knowledge! Took money out early which overdrew my account and left me in a real bind. I could go on and on. I had to obtain legal assistance to help in this matter, which is costing even more! This company deletes unfavorable reviews on google so I am contacting every known source to warn other people before they get caught up like I have. It is disgusting the way this company takes advantage of those less fortunate and I intend to put a stop to it!

These people try to sell me a new couch but it was used and broke then try to charge me an extra $1,000 for it. I let that go. Then I bought an entertainment system from them. They charged me $300 more than what they said. I would not recommend buying from these people at all.

I love how you can go in Aaron's and buy things that they have at retail price instead of making a contract to pay for the item monthly status. I was able to get my brand new box springs for my queen size bed at retail price and they still delivered them and I love them. I would suggest going to Aaron's anytime instead of Rent-A-Center! Aaron's is more affordable than Rent-A-Center I feel and they work with you even if you are on disability in only get paid once a month and that is excellent customer service and they are always polite and cheerful and they remember past customers even if those pass customers move away for a year or not and then come back. So if I could give it more than five stars I give it 20 Stars because Aaron's is top-notch in my book.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH DECEPTIVE PRACTICES OUTSIDE OF THE SCAMS ONLINE THAT CHEAT PEOPLE. THEY BELIEVE NO ONE HAS THE MONEY TO SUE THEM SO THEY PREY ON THE POOR WITH THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!

I have been paying for a bed for almost six months, now. I go into make payment and they tell me I owe over 1000.00 for a bed and frame.ive payed over a 100.00 a month, and I still over 1000.00 something is not right here. Also paying 2000.00 for a what 400.00 bed and frame crazy! They call you to tell you need to come in to pay. They call every two weeks, and I know I have to pay in the stuff, but I am ahead on my payments.wish they would not call I have been paying every week for months now, and my bed is not even close to being payed off. Don't get it. What are they adding money on to this?

Highly don't recommend. I was discriminated against by Caleb an Shawn for my roommates actions that have nothing to do with me. They are constantly harassing you and they will show up slamming on your doors an they will scream at you. If you are looking for a great place to rent to own I suggest rent a center or sears hometown.

I used to be a costumer there now my daughter is that thing is that i loan one time my daughter my card to give one time payment and that was like 2 months ago now suddenly they keep removing my from my account plus shawn and employees are so disrespectful

Fast service, since i was a customer of Aaron's i was already in the system. Did updates over the phone, 5 bucks down till payday, and out with new tv in maybe 10 minutes.

Worst place I've ever been manager lies and changes contracts. Horrible person and store. Now trying to charge after things were returned.. Went to rent a center. Got more items and new and saved 100 bucks a month
