We love all the furniture from home decor to complete bedroom sets. We have many pieces already & went in to buy 1 more chair. Couldn't resist a new table & 3 more chairs. Quality is unmatched anywhere. Alexander"s service & knowledge is a perfect match for such high end products. We drive from up in MN - its well worth the drive. Thank you!
My wife and I stopped in while on vacation in Clear Lake. Alexander greeted us at the door and was very knowledgeable of his inventory and functionality of the furniture. He and Kathy treated us very well on price, delivery options, etc. We bought a sofa, chair and side table. The quality and craftsmanship of the furniture is the best I have seen. If want to elevate your furniture buying experience, I would recommend Amis Heirlooms.
We reside in MN and were looking for a nice chair. We had phenomenal service with Alexander and purchased a chair, bedroom set with 2 night stands, bed and dresser. Beautiful furniture and excellent customer service. That's why we travel to IA for furniture. Thanks Alexander!!
Just bought a bedroom set from Amish Heirlooms and I can’t say how impressed I am with the craftsmanship. Absolutely incredible. The men that delivered it did wonderful with bringing it all in and setting it up. Absolutely entirely proud and impressed by the craftsmanship and service of Amish Heirlooms.
we have not received the bed we purchased today HOWEVER the staff is amazing. not pushy at all and after stopping at 3 other places it was a great experience. once we get our new bed delivered i will give an update but as of now.... 10 stars for honesty and integrity.
The best experience I have ever had in a furniture store. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable about their products. Alexander was the bomb and was awesome to work with! I will never go anywhere else to buy a mattress unless he is there with me. His knowledge base is amazing and I learned things about mattresses and health benefits I never knew! Great asset to the company! Excellent experience! Highly recommend!
Best service you can get! The showroom is full of great quality furniture, with plenty of options you can order. Travis helped us pick out dining room furniture that not only looked nice but was made specifically for what we needed. He was able to get the exact color we wanted, and it was delivered exactly as we expected. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and came at a very good price. We will be returning for more furniture! This is a great place to find all of your furniture. Highly recommend this store.
Amazing experience! The service was impeccable. Alexander helped fit us for our matress, and Kathy helped us with our couch. The furniture is top quality as is the service! We are delighted and will share our experience with others!
Alexander was amazing at helping us find the right bed for our liking. He was VERY informational and kept it entertaining to where it was fun to listen and learn from him. Never once did we feel any pressure on buying certain mattresses, it was completely educated information that would benefit us health wise. Highly recommend Amish Heirloom’s! Definitely 5 stars!
After months of sore backs and restless sleep, i finally convinced my husband to start looking for a new mattress. We thought we'd just start to look...get a sense on pricing, feel, where we'd want to purchase, etc. We started at Amish Heirlooms, not realizing how simple Alexander would make the entire process. Alexander is great btw....he first asked questions of both of us...what problems were we facing and how we typically liked to sleep. His guidance and education was superb. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and adjustable base and decided to purchase mattresses for each of our three kids. We felt Alexander gave us a great deal on everything. We couldn't be happier with the service, the pricing and now hopefully our improved nights of sleep mattresses are delivered in the very near future! Although we had no intention of purchasing that day...rather just get started or get educated, I'm glad the process was so easy and we are now done mattress shopping!!
