I purchased a washer from Aarons I love the washing machine. I love the customer service. Everyone is super nice and helpful they are the best

Some of their furniture is nice looking, I only went for a gaming Laptop, hope it's worth the purchase

The staff was really nice and knowledgeable, yet they let me fill out all the paperwork before telling me they didn't have the item I asked for, and that I'd have to wait an entire week unless I wanted to "just pick it up myself". I decided to go elsewhere because they didn't bother telling me until I spent over 20 minutes filling out the application and giving them my personal information.

Great. nice friendly service I can't remember the Queen name that helped me. But she was great got my stove ordered got the online order canceled. Thanks

TERRIBLE service Was originally scheduled for a delivery on 06/21/19 My brother was home and expecting them, didn't hear anything but went to check and found a note saying we came by. I call to reschedule for the following Monday for a time between 4:30 and 6. I call at 6 and get told I'm scheduled for a time between 4:30 and 8. So I wait till 8 and when I call the store is closed and no one is answering. Do yourself a favor and get your furniture and appliances someplace else if you actually want them.

Typical Aaron's, typical inventory HOWEVER a returned fridge on the floor was tagged for sale but the inside was FILTHY. Made me question my choice to even touch the door to open it. If that is how it is presented for lease or sale how can I trust that anything in the store is sanitized?? New customers came in, one without a mask, employee gave him one. Him and his two friend all had their masks under their nose. I left and when I came back later to explain why I left all three employees said there was nothing they could do about it. Obviously there are at least three things they could have done but didn't. I will never shop there EVER.

The delivery guys were very helpful to me in the fact that I'm a senior citizen and couldn't be of much help.

The most friendly people that you ever hope to meet. I know that you're suppose to be kind to others when you're doing customer service, but these people are really really nice, and doing these times, that's really refreshing.

Horrible customer service they said they tried finding my previous account I had with them last year but couldn’t find anything and just told me there isn’t anything that they could do for me typical Arron’s

Worst experience ever, ordered a refrigerator and received it 2 weeks later. Manager at the store was very rude and did not bother trying to fit me in the delivery schedule sooner knowing I had been without a refrigerator where to store breast milk for my newborn for quite sometime already. Will never purchase anything from there again.
