Welcome to AB’s Dragon House FB page we are happy to announce that we have re-open at our NEW location 5785 Pleasant Valley Rd unit #104 & 105 El Dorado, CA 95623 please check our FB page daily for times and classes or any updates! Thank you for your interest and business!!

We teach traditional Mixed Martial Arts-we have an extensive curriculum in all forms including: Mixed Martial Arts, from Muytal, grap-pling, Kuksool, Boxing, sparring, jiu jitsu, standup and ground fighting. We also train in weapons attack and self-defense, and general body conditioning.
We also offer Private classes if interested.
