Antibody did not work multiple nonspecific bands. The customer service promised a refund but never did. They sounded very friendly in email but didn't keep their words.

Super friendly, prompt customer service. We tried two antibodies FOR FREE that were decent for staining larval drosophila preps for confocal microscopy. We will be ordering from them again.

Our lab used more than ten primary antibodies produced by ABclonal in last year for Western blot and immunofluorescence staining. More than 90% of these antibodies were great. A wide range of primary antibodies are available and fast shipping. A free trail antibody program is particularly appealing. In addition, the customer service and technical support teams are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I've used H2S ELISA kit from ABclonal, Inc and it worked very well. The instructions were easy to follow and the whole process was short. Regents were ready to use except wash buffer so it saved time in preparation also. The support team was very helpful and responsive!

I've had very good experiences using ELISA kits from ABClonal. I work with chicken cytokines and there are very few commercial ELISA kits available on the market. ABClonal has a large catalog and offers many options for chicken specimens. Some kits are made-to-order, so you need to plan ahead since the kits take about 3 weeks to arrive. The costumer service is really good and the technicians are very helpful and reply quickly.

Beware of their customer/product support. Received a bad ELISA kit. Contacted their team and conducted the investigation. They determined that the kit description was written in error and promised to issue a refund. With once per week exchanges for 2 months, was finally able to talk to someone who orchestrates everything and was told that the company policy is not to issue any refunds and in some rare occasions they may give a replacement with a 50% discount. Also, told me that their customer support team was misleading me in understanding that I may get my refund. Company operated under the names of NEO BIO LAB and ABclonal, Inc. Apparently both companies run under the same management. Not worth dealing with them since they don’t really stand behind their products and have very illusive customer support.

I worked on a protein for which I couldn't identify a good antibody until I tried Abclonal. Their antibody worked really well. Since then I have ordered antibodies for several other proteins from them, and their antibody were frequently among the best. Abclonal is among my top choice for antibody purchase.

I have requested a few dozens of HPLC purified peptides from this company. They delivered in timely manner and with the desired quality. I have kept buying from them and I have no intentions to change. For me, quality is the most important factor.

I spoke to an ABclonal associate at BU who forwarded my information to ABclonal. They helped me screen through a few trial antibodies and in troubleshooting my immunofluorescence experiments. They've also offered to help in developing a new antibody to target my protein of interest.

The company is reliable for antibodies generation. They successfully help me to generate two antibodies. And they usually provide faster services and lower price.
