1st time using this firm and aside from what seemed to be a lot of miscommunication, we got our operating agreement about 2 months late and were charged 180 dollars for 3 changes took no longer than 1-2 minutes to make the changes we asked for and having it emailed to us. Timelines were not met, but they had no problem sending us the bills.
If you are interested in a very good experience in preparing for your future Ross and Courtney are the people you want to see. They paid great attention to detail all the while explaining everything in terms that were easy to understand. They were respectful of our time, offering a variety of ways to gather needed information before the actual signing took place. I would never recommend using this law firm for any reason. The level of customer care is among the worst I have ever seen. My Aunt was using this law firm for a real a state matter. She passed away and I was left to oversee the proceedings. I meet with the attorney received the abstract to the house as well as an update on the case. Since then I have called repeatedly with no return calls. When I decided to fire the attorney and request all the paperwork that had been done this far, I was meet with the response of she could not give it to me because of the obligation to protect my aunts privacy. How is that when we have discussed the case and I received the abstract? Please be aware of the con-artist that work here
Absolutely worse customer care and service. The attitudes of the workers are horrible. No sympathy or care for people trying to make a living and make things right. I was hung up on like I was garbage by someone named Tom. And he was very rude and mean. I have never been treated like I was less because of a mistake that was made 2 years ago. And I may be homeless because they did not want to work something out. So I applaud their help sarcasm
