The basketball court is rough, terrible for skating. It definitely needs the coating but it is clean. Volleyball and playground look nice as well as tennis court but no skating allowed on it.
This park is by us. We go here all the time. It's a nice playground with a tennis court. Soccer field, and a small forest nearby. Playground: The playground is big. Restrooms: There is a porta potty there during the hot months. Nothing winter. Dog-friendliness: It's a nice place to give your dog a walk. Picnic area: There are tables by the playground. But there are bees there.
This is one of the nicest parks in Montgomery County. It's well maintained, beautiful, and full of things to do. There is a detailed playground, a volleyball sand pit, a basketball court, a soccer field, and a spacious gazebo with a grill. Is is a great place to visit if you feel like getting out of the house. If your in the mood for a bike ride, the park is a very centralized location. It's less than a 30 minute bike ride to the Kentlands or the Rio, both very nice shopping centers with lots to do. I'd definitely recommend visiting Aberdeen Park if your in the radius of North Potomac.
The park is great for the area and the community is great here but the one problem here is the soccer field. The soccer field is getting old and has spots with dust and rocks and no grass. The nets are not on the goals either. It would be great to see a future renovation to the soccer field.
Love this park! It has something for younger kids which I appreciate. I wish they had more shade but if you go early morning in the summer it’s perfect. And my kids wish they had more of the big red swing, that’s their favorite!
Soccer, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for adults. Playground for kids. All nicely maintained. Can't ask for more
Playground, walking trail, tennis courts, volleyball area, and large field. Handicap accessible. Usually quite and not too busy. Walking trail is nicely covered with shade
Lovely park with soccer field and playground. The parking lot is a bit limited, and there were several cars parked outside on the neighborhood street
This park is very convenient if you live in the neighborhood. Has plenty of parking, walking paths, and tennis courts. It is usually pretty clean and not very crowded.
Good neighborhood park. Has a soccer field, tennis courts, playground and picnic area. It is under construction though
