I was admiring a rug our friends purchased from Abide, so they brought my husband and I to the store. Matt Abide was so helpful, asking about our living room colors and furniture. He used his computer program to draw the area, and we did not have specific measurements. I had a few photos and from those, Matt showed us a rug that just fit the classic look with all the colors we needed. It looks beautiful in our home! Thank you Matt Abide! It’s Perfect!
A great shopping experience. We checked out the website and called about 2 pieces prior to going since we are in Bentonville. After being able to sit on and measure both sectionals, we ultimately bought 1. They wrapped up all the pieces for us, and we brought it home. It took 2 trips for us, but we got it done. My only side comment is.. We were told that we were getting some alligator clips. Complimentary? We didn't receive them. No worries, though. We ordered some from Amazon, and they'll be here soon. I just wish that if you tell someone you are giving them, make sure it happens. It doesn't diminish my experience whatsoever, and I still absolutely recommend Abide.
I was so pleased with Matt Abide’s outstanding customer service. I was searching for a large area rug, and had put it off for so long because I didn’t know what I wanted. Enter Matt. He spent the time to discuss our wall color, floors, existing furniture and preferences. We bought a high-quality rug that really pulls the room together. I am so thankful for his expertise and time he shared with me.
Great experience! Megan helped show us around their inventory and find the perfect accent chairs for our sunroom. The rest of the crew was kind, helped wrap and load our purchase for travel.
Do not hesitate to buy from Abide! We are very happy with our new sectional and the level of service, detail, and expertise Matt provided. He helped us with leather selection, mocked up room sizing and furniture placement, and provided weekly updates on the progression of our order. In-house delivery to our home was prompt and easy! We'll surely be back for more.

Abide Furniture provides endless amazing service, great furnishings, and extensive knowledge of all of their furniture vendors. Our experience proves their customer service to be fantastic, something that is a must for us! We purchased a table, that early on had some quality issues. Gary Abide took care of the issue immediately. His professionalism and enthusiasm to find us another table we would love was amazing. It was a pleasure doing business with Gary at Abide. He also was very patient, and never made us feel pressured. Customer service is very important to me , and our experience was very positive. I highly recommend Abide, they won't disappoint.
We have shopped for our furniture and rugs at Abide Furniture since moving to NWA. They have a great selection of furniture and accessories on the floor and more that you can customize and order. The employees are extremely knowledgable and helpful, and they will even bring furniture to your home to see how it looks or to help in choosing between several pieces. They couldn't be nicer, their service is great, and they make shopping very enjoyable. If you haven't been to Abide, stop in the next time you need furniture and see for yourself their warm welcome and reasonable prices.
These guys are great. We bought two custom leather chairs about 8 months ago. Super pleased with them. They are excellent with sharing their knowledge and very personable. I had questions about care of the leather - all questions answered. Looking to continue to give them more of my business. Highly recommend.
