Above All is a private care agency located in Texarkana, AR, and serving all of Miller County. We currently provide homemaker services to Arkansas Elderchoices recipients, though we are equipped to serve private pay patients as well. We also accept patients through the Alternatives for Adults with Physical Disabilities. This offers families an option to keep their loved one at home.
