Majority of the rooms they lease out are not legal and they also have cheap appliances that never work. The apartments also have more bedrooms than windows. Out of the 4 landlords I had they are tied for the worst.
Lived in one of these apartments in 2014. It was a nice apartment and the landlords were amazing. I did have some issues as I’m reading several people have had— but as most of what I’m reading mine was also a roommate issue- not landlord. I too hardly got anything back from my security deposit but it was because one of my roommates trashed the place. That being said I totally understand that when it’s not the bedroom specific and it’s the main area they have to charge ALL people living there equally. I think they followed proper procedure. Just make sure you know, and trust, all your roommates and you will love it here!!

As a parent of a Winona student, who lives in of one these properties, I want to warn other parents about Abramson properties. It is August, school has been is session 5 days. These so called alumni owned property owners are already pressuring their tenants to sign a new lease for school year 2020-2021 . They are threatening students to allow showings of their properties to future students if they don't sign a lease now, for the 2020-2021 school year..... Shame on you Abramson properties! Quit your bullying on your tenants and allow them to concentrate on this school year! You are disgusting!
Moldy apartment. Never fixed. Never had filter for air conditioning. Took deposit even though it was cleaned.
Abramson properties is the worst rental agency in town. They don’t answer calls, they don’t plow the parking lots, they randomly bring in some random person to live with you without telling you, they are crazy unreliable. Worst choice I’ve ever made. Also my worst year living in any apartments.
