ACCESS Des Plaines Valley Health Center

I had back pain and I try to get an appointment at other places. I walked in here and they were able to see me the same day. The staff was very helpful, and the doctor took her time to help me. The whole process only took a little over an hour, so overall It was a good experience. I hope others get the help they need too. Just wanted to share my personal experience here

If I could give 0 stars I would. They called at 3:20 for my scheduled appointment at 3:45 to tell me they close at 3:30 and they don't know why someone scheduled me when they'll be closed. Good thing I was already pulled up at their office and ready to walk in when they canceled on me because their scheduling mistake. The rep on the phone was so unprofessional telling me "I don't know what to tell you I'm not the one who scheduled you" DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They will book with you and cancel 10 min before your appointment and try having you wait another MONTH to be seen for their mistake.

I always have had a great experience here! Bridget is awesome!! Very knowledgeable and has always helped me whenever I had a problem! Awesome staff and the ladies at the front desk are so nice!!

I love this clinic! There's hardly any wait time, the front desk workers are very professional and kind. The dr is so helpful and explains everything. My children and I are in great hands. Best experience I've had at any clinic. Outstanding service!

My mother had an appointment today earlier in the day and it was a horrible experience with someone in the front desk. Very unprofessional, and rude.

Very nice and clean clinic. Dr Huang and staff are great. Dr Huang went over my daughter’s chart and explain it to me. No other doctors has done that. Definitely recommending this clinic.

I am so happy I was introduced to Access Community Health the staff is amazing and friendly, especially Jamie. They have very flexible with hours and were able to work with my schedule. I had a wellness check up done with Bridget Adams and she took the time to get to know me and my health concerns and answered all of my questions. I know I am in good hands moving forward with the team at Access Community Network. Truly amazed with the care they have been providing me and my family.

I come here sometimes with my mom for my doctors appointment and this is really nice there is no waiting that much like other doctors I got both my Covid vaccines here and it did not hurt I love this doctors office

PLEASE READ!! These people are a hoax and do not care whatsoever about your well-being. The staff has absolutely no knowledge of medicine or healthcare. After a couple of failed prescriptions through them and waiting two hours again, they decided to just prescribe an antihistamine. Something you can get at the dollar store diphenhydramine or doxillamine succinate. We received absolutely false statements about hereditary ailments from a "nurse" conflicting with what the doctors at the hospital told us. For your own health, go absolutely anywhere else. The dealer in the alley down the street has better options. These people need to be reported!

I’ve been here a couple times, usually a wait but nothing too crazy. I’ve been able to get appointments within 1.5-2 weeks out. The doctor I’ve seen is patient and kind.
