The Stratford Access team was fantastic every time I’ve dealt with them.  They are awesome and if I come back to the city and require storage services I will come directly to them!

When I moved to Stratford, the house I bought needed some work so I needed my second and larger locker.  Angela was at the desk this time and she fixed me up right away.  She is great and I wouldn't hesitate if the situation arose to go and see her again for another locker.  Great service!

Excellent customer facing staff, personable, friendly, helpful. One could not ask for better service.

All was okay, until move out day. No where on my 24 hr storage did it state I had to be out by 430 on my last day... I was harassed repeatedly while trying to move my stuff out after work that I was taking too long and i would be charged. It ruined my whole experience.

Site is well maintained and always clean.  It's been a great place for me to store while getting renovations done!
