Quite empty, the day that I shopped. This is the first time that I have ever been at this location. I was only here for a certain color of border paper that we do not have my school. The prices have gone up tremendously, which may explain why the store was empty. If Amazon had the color that I was looking for, I would have definitely ordered from there.

We all educators could relate with back to school, stress and anxiety! This store made my day by making my classroom decoration easier. I live in South Dade and I was looking for a border to match my theme, Nadia was very helpful and professional helping me get the border I needed here in Miami the same day. Nadia and ACE Educational-Get Smart you guys ROCK!! Thank you

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it and I live in Miami. They charge $15 for delivery too. Also, you call and email about your order and no one gets back to you. This is the most unprofessional business.

Everything that has to do with classroom decor is in this place. The prices are reasonable. If you're a teacher or even a student, this place is literally school supply heaven.

This place is awful when ordering online! They do not reply to emails and even worse, they won't ship the product I ordered. No communication, no product , no nothing! Don't buy from this place!

This a a great store with great products for learning!! My wife and I spent almost and hour just looking around!

Do not order from this company. Your orders will go undelivered and calls will go unreturned. Very poor customer service. I placed an order over $500 in July and it's now December with no information on when my items will be here. Ridiculous.

Horrible experience ordering online. It’s been a month since I placed my $500+ order and I have received nothing from them not even tracking information. They do not reply to customer support emails, do not return phone calls, and calling the store isn’t helpful if they are busy with customers they just say they will call you back. I understand it’s back to school season but at least hire more employees if you need help assisting your customers.

The manager at Ace Educational doesn't know how to address her customers. She is very rude, short tempered and doesn't give eye contact when speaking to people. This store has declined since relocating to Northern Fort Lauderdale! The Sample Road Location had more merchandise, friendlier workers, and much better PR skills with the customers. This manager makes a customer feel like they do not belong at her store. I will never shop there again.

This is a great place to get the things your kids need for school. I'm so happy the opened near me. I go here often and the staff is very helpful.
