So I walked into the place and found exactly what I have been looking for WMS deer magnet to plant my green fields this year at a fraction of the price. WMS deer magnet is hard to find so I was so excited. I asked if I purchase the WMS deer magnet green field seed now if they would hold it for me because I was leaving the same day for a vacation and they said sure, as LONG AS YOU PAY for them now. So I purchased 7 bags... Fast forward to today and I come to pick up my seeds with my receipt and guess what? NO SEEDS! The front counter told me they cannot get anymore because it's hard to get and furthermore, the workers could not even put what I had paid for to the side with my name on it after I PAID FOR IT. Now I am stuck with the WMS Alabama blend that I did not want because of time constraints. Oh, did I mention that the price of the WMS deer magnet jumped from 39.99 to 59.99 and I was told the price was marked wrong. I know why I didn't get mine, because you saw the price marked wrong and would not put my order up so it could not be sold. You are a joke of a business and the customer service? Don't even get me started on that and I have been in customer service for 22 years. I should have known better as this is not the 1st time I have been screwed by this joke of a business however it certainly will be the last.

I want to thank Amber, Mallorie, Tracy, and Danny. I'm retired Military and work for a competitor. I hope y'all are being compensated for your costumer service. Y'all we're so kind and helpful! I'll shop at your store before the one I work at. Thank you!!

Very professional and Friendly people and very knowledgeable of their products and I told them what I was looking for and even though they didn't carry it they went and made sure and the place was very neat and clean and sanitize and atmosphere was very good and temperature was just right and if I had a daybed I could have laid back and rested a bit I recommend this place to everyone

Great hardware store for anyone in the Oxford or Anniston area. Great tool and lawn and garden section, as well as plumbing and paints. Lots of helpful people working at this store.

The worse experience I have had in a long time . Made me feel like I was living in the 50s . I was treated as if I came to steal . Was stopped at the door . Wasn’t able to shop around . Then the manager didn’t even try to help the situation. I own a business and spend plenty of money with this racist store . But never again . I came back to my shop and call to get the corporate office number and was given the run around . I’m a fair man and I love every race . People are just people in my eyes . God made all of us not just a certain race . When will the hatred stop ? I hope something will be done about the way they treat dark skinned people at the store in Oxford Alabama. I’m really not the type to throw shade . I was just hurt by the way I was treated .
