Absolutely wonderful staff! They are kind souls and helped me out for the hurricane. You wont find this level of kindness and service at the corpo big box stores. I will come here first before anywhere else. Highly recommend
Walked in on a Sunday 2 mins to closing time, my bad on the timing, but the staff was still amazing, I purchased a weber grill they helped load it up. New to the area and I can say that this is customer service.. thanks ace hardware for always being amazing no matter what area or state you’re in.
In this age of atrocious customer service, this store is a refreshing change. I am a frequent visitor and would like to thank Davon and the rest of the crew for their consistently fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Whether filling propane, finding the right tool or hardware, I always leave with a smile on my face. The big box stores and fast food industry could take a few tips from this establishment.
It was my first time at this store. They greeted me right away and showed me where I could find everything I needed. That saved me some time. Thanks!

Very nice store. Well organized, clean, friendly staff and a good selection of items. This a relatively new store so growing pains are to be expected such as: familiarity with what is and is not stocked on niche items; experience and logistics with paperwork for online orders/store pick-up. But these are insignificant and will fade with time. All in all thumbs up.
I brought in items to be cut. I detailed what was needed and specified I needed it today. One of the items was cut and then after bringing the rest of the pieces was told by the manager who never came out, just relayed the info it would take a week..!!! Why cut one and waste my time and your staff’s time if you weren’t going to complete the job? Very poor customer service skills by the manager at this store, unfortunate for the friendly staff.
Staff walked out 5 minutes before closing. I told them I needed 1 screw for a toilet and they laughed. 1 old guy and a young girl with long brown hair. I live 1 mile away and would rather support them than big box. I'll never go back.
This is a great ACE store with great people working there. I had an issue with a product I purchased at another ACE and with no receipt, the manager stepped forward and replaced the item with no questions asked. This is the home-town feel you long for. Do not hesitate to shop here. ACE is the place with the helpful hardware man!
