This store is phenomenal, I have received some of the best customer service here. The staff is always helpful, attentive, informative, and friendly. I would consider going out of my way to visit this store in the future. Well done you All, keep it up.
Great place. We’ve been here many times but recently had a dresser with no hardware. We took pictures of the holes but otherwise had no clue what size, shape, width, etc. The guys at Ace walked us through the fastener aisle and loaded us up with several different options and saved us a lot of time staring at the screw wall. They assured us we could just bring back whatever didn’t fit. We found one that worked, brought back the rest, no hassle. We love Ace!
We usually love Ace, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. We shop here over Lowe’s or Home Depot for the last 13 years but recently the staff doesn’t seem very helpful or nice at all. This was the second time my family has been here recently with no help. What’s going on Ace? Are we breaking up? Please please get better staff. It’s soo weird for Ace to no longer be the helpful hardware store.
Al made my experience amazing. He told me about the deals and made sure I got the most bang for my buck! His sense of humor, his wit and his smile made my day. Working in the customer service industry myself I know how hard it is to smile through out the day, but Al sure does make it look easy! Thank you. I won't be shopping anywhere else!
The store almost always has what I am looking for. The staff is very professional and helpful. From the time I walk in through the door, they always ask if they can help me find what I am there for and they follow up by actually helping when needed. The prices might be a little higher than other hardware stores, but I prefer going there because of the great customer service provided.
This is my go to place for all my hardware needs. I get upwards of 100 keys made a month and Al is by far the most helpful person I think I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. His customer service and friendly banter skills are top tier. He's always an absolute delight.
Hi , recently purchased some mulch ,staff is friendly and courteous and very helpful , instead of the big box store l much rather prefer Ace you get the undivided attention vs trying to look for someone at a big box store , definitely recommend
Great service! We always come here and I'm never disappointed. We needed two specific screws that could not be found anywhere else we went in there and AL one of the guys inside saved many hours from our day, with his knowledge suggesting a similar screw that would work for the job. Thank you!
Me and my pal Chad stopped in searching for a piece of hardware for a project. Al greeted us and took us straight to what I needed. I would have never found it without the help of Al. Al made the shopping experience a great one.
Al was on point when I needed fuel line for my Crafstman weed wacker. I had actually picked the wrong size AND too short when Al suggested the correct amount of the correct size. Saved me at least two trips! Thanks Al. He is always willing to help and if he doesn't have the answer he makes sure he gets it. Thanks Al!
