Achieve Fitness opened in November of 2012. We wanted to come up with an updated gym model where our members would be put in the best possible position to succeed. Achieve Fitness is an all-inclusive gym where members receive training sessions with a coach once a week in a semi-private setting (up to 3 people). Our members also receive an individualized workout program (changes every 4-6 weeks to prevent plateaus) that they can perform on their own during our open gym hours. Memberships include unlimited access to our unique group exercise classes that utilize a variety of tools such as sleds, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, etc.
We've found this model to be highly effective already in terms of results and adherence. We're constantly improving and tweaking our system to help our members reach their full potential. We want to redefine your gym experience!
