We specialize in Cross-Fit MMA cardio conditioning classes, TRX, Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo and Jiu Jitsu. We provide training to all levels of experienced amateurs to pros. We also manage various fighters and provide a career development plan from amateurs to pros in MMA and Boxing.
