I'm here to configure a way to help other people keep and maintain good quality health one step at a time. My name is David"Action"Jackson, not only do i want to help you get healthy, but also i myself need to do this as well. Recently few years back during my freshman year of high school i had an incident that crippled my health and way of living. It consisted of me not being able to do many things that most people can do, also keeping me isolated from many of the things that i love. But i have found a way to keep going happily by helping others and myself get healthy. More to come....
Action Jac'd Fitness is my own personal fitness and health page, promoted to inspire and motivate others to engage in atleast the bare minimum of physical activity, if not daily, then maybe 3-4 times a week, with a period of 30-45 minutes each time.
