Kerri Baker is committed to helping clients maintain a sane mind and a sound body through adherence to the key Pilates principles: Concentration, control, precision, breath and flow.
Kerri Baker has been teaching private Pilates sessions and group classes since 2004. She has been offering private sessions from her loft in downtown Los Angeles since 2007.
Originally not an exercise enthusiast, Kerri came to Pilates by chance. When a friend offered to teach her at his studio, she quickly fell in love with the method. Chronic pain in her back and shoulders was greatly reduced, making profound a difference in her body.
Deciding to further pursue Pilates, she apprenticed in the Classical Method, learning exercises and choreography in both mat and apparatus work. It was during this time Kerri met her mentor, Maria Curti, whom she continues to work with.
