i have trained at Action Personal Training which is now called Action Fit for about 17 years. I love it there. The atmosphere is laid back and personal, clean and bright. There is no membership -- each person has a personal trainer working with them who can adjust to their individual needs. I suggest that you stop in and check it out.

Relaxed, safe training space! The trainers certainly know what they are doing! Good to see a place where the focus is on the results and not just how much they can sell you!

The trainers are rude arrogant people. Stay far away. It's not a friendly vibe.

Nice place thinking about a membership here
