They were simply amazing, they took really good care of me and helped me throughout the whole way. Their prices are the best in Salt Lake City and quality over the top. I was trouble finding space in my car for my boxed mattress and they gifted me a set of strap downs to help me out. Truly and great experience and great people! Highly recommend!
Best place to buy furniture! We are return customers. There is no pressure salesmen and they are honest. Bought our first couch from them 3 years ago and still love it with no issues. Get compliments from it everytime we have people over. Just bought our second couch from them and the manager took good care of us. He gave us a great deal! Always find what we are looking for. Better than any other furniture store.
I am SO impressed by this company. They were amazing to work with. I found the couch I wanted at another store and had a terrible customer service experience. I looked around for other places and found them. They had unbeatable prices & great customer service. I never went to see the couch in person and only spoke with them online & by the phone. David was amazing at making sure I was picking the correct orientation for our section and ensuring I got the best price. Delivery was a breeze and they were on time. I seriously can't say enough good about them. We were so impressed and would highly recommend them to all our friends & use them again in the future.
I have purchased several bedroom sets over the past 13 years from Action furniture. Marty the owner is very knowledgeable about his products and his customer service is excellent. I moved recently and one of the knobs fell off my dresser and became lost. I called Ashley furniture and they said it was discontinued and couldn’t help me. Then I remembered how helpful Marty was from previous purchases, so I called him. He asked me to text a picture of the knob to his phone. While I waited on the phone we located one in his store room . He mailed it to me free of charge and he even paid the postage. Now that’s amazing customer service and I am dedicated to Action Home Furniture for my future purchases.
This place is legit the BEST furniture store we have EVER been too!! Amazing staff! So many options of furniture to look and try out. What we love the most was that we were not hounded by salesman at all. We were greeted with a hello and take a look around and let us know if we can assist. And they did not come up and keep pestering us at all. I forgot they were even there to be honest because they did not come and bother us while we tested out furniture. Nothing is worse than shopping and salesmen are hounding you constantly. The purchasing was so simple and easy! Most definitely will be coming back for future items!
Easy and quick purchase. Went in knowing what I wanted but received all the help I needed! Very fair prices and comparable to online furniture stores except I didn’t have to wait anytime for the couch to be shipped since they had it in stock. Overall great experience and would shop here again!
Went in today to buy two couch sets for our newly purchased home. Unfortunately the gentleman working could not be bothered to assist us. I’ve truly never been treated so badly at a store. I would not recommend anyone go there and will not be returning myself.
David was such a huge help with picking out our new furniture. We absolutely love it! No high pressure sales, just a lovely buying experience. I had just come from another furniture store and was blown away at how much cheaper the exact same couch was here.

Action Furniture is THE place to shop for furniture if you’re tryin to ball on a budget. After going to Costco, Ashley, and RC Willey, we were about to buy things on Amazon we knew we weren’t going to love. But David at Action not only helped us find what we needed, but he hooked us up deep discounts. We went in looking to get some new bed frames and we walked out darn near refurnishing our whole house. Couldn’t be happier with the experience, they’re my new first stop for furniture and furnishings.
