We expected a full, stressful day jumping from store to store trying out mattresses - I am so glad this was the first store we went to. We were able to freely browse without being pressured, and were asked a few questions by Doug regarding our sleeping habits and price range. He showed us an amazing mattress for a great deal, and gave us time alone to test it out. We ended up with something softer than I anticipated but Doug was on point with his recommendation. The folks who delivered were courteous and right on time, and even offered to remove the plastic. From entering the door to our first night in the new bed, the entire experience was positive.
I was quite impressed with the knowlegibility of the staff. Doug was definitely able to answer my questions and work with me to find the right option for me. He definitely knows his stuff. Not only did he know exactly what my old mattress was like from the tag, he knew exactly where to start looking for the new one. Quite impressive, since the old one didn't really have an equivalent around anymore. A mattress is a big investment, so I'm glad someone so experienced was there to make sure I wasn't going to regret this once-in-a-decade hopefully investment.
Our experience at the location was fantastic! Everyone there was great but especially Doug! He was super knowledgeable and didn’t waste out time showing us beds he knew we wouldn’t like and didn’t try to up-sell us on anything. 10/10 recommend, go in and ask for Doug!
Showed up first thing in the morning and got everything put together quickly thank you skyler and Tom. ***update*** review was written prior to employees leaving. I purchased a split king Tempur-pedic with the Tempur Ergo Smart Base one of the bases is making a loud popping sound. After looking for the issue it’s missing a wheel causing damage to the base. The bed was set up upon delivery by your team.
One of the few places in this square of stores that’s open past 6 on a weekday. The salesman was nice and let us wander around. Some of the mattresses could be cleaned. We got free massages in the chairs!
We purchased King size mattress in the store. It was fast and smooth and we was in and out. Doug Nance was great and helpful. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and concerns. Tyler and Andrew delivered our mattress. They were very professional and polite. They placed mattress on our bed and removed the packaging. Explained everything we need to know and they were on their way. Job well done!!
Doug provided us exceptional service! We are so excited to get our new bed tomorrow and feel confident that we got the right one thanks to Doug's knowledge assistance.
We let Doug know what our budget was. He helped us find a comfy mattress within our price range. He didn’t try to sell us more expensive mattresses and provided useful information. I highly recommend this store.
Delivery was awesome. No one makes to my house without getting lost…these guys are real pros and I highly recommend them for all your delivery needs. Oh, the super expensive TempurPedic beds are pretty nice too
Doug was right on top of things, knew exactly what was in stock, and got me a fantastic mattress at a great price! He also got me next-day delivery! Who does that? Definitely nowhere else I've ever been! Who needs to pay thousands more anywhere else when you can get the exact same brands for significantly less? Great experience! I'll definitely be back when I need a new mattress again!
