My experience was HORRIBLE. I was a customer for a few years with a great dentist! I went for a cleaning and they gave me a different dentist. After my cleaning they advised I needed a filling and proceeded to numb me with lidocaine. I was then advised that my copay would be $107.. which was fine but I didn’t bring a card so I asked as a long standing customer if I could call and pay over the phone and was told no, which is fine! However, I truly feel the dentist should’ve confirmed my insurance copay/cost prior to numbing my mouth with Lidocaine! So now my mouth is numb for NO REASON… and they better not bill my insurance for the anesthesia either!!!! They lost a family of customers today…!! Do better!
Very good visit as a new patient today. Front office staff very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cho was very knowledgeable and friendly and I felt comfortable and at ease with her. Very clean facility and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Very friendly and listen to your concerns. The only dentist I've ever been to where they don't make your gums bleed when they floss your teeth!
The attitude at the front desk was very unprofessional, we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment, but the people who came later were seeing the dentist before us because they knew each other. While waiting to see the doctor, I heard them call twice to rush a client who had an appointment but was a few minutes late, and heard them ask the client on the phone to show up within five minutes because the client was late. Really bad attitude.
I usually have sensitivity pain during cleaning but the hygienist did such a great job with my cleaning today that I did not have any pain. Thank you!
Dr. Chung, Dr. Campbell, and their colleagues, including technicians, hygienists, and office team are friendly, considerate, and very thorough in their dental practice. The equipment and methods are very modern, and they uphold the highest degree of cleanliness and concern for the safety and comfort of everyone concerned. I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice!
Thank you Dr Campbell amazing job today and her professionalism as always. She is my dentist. I had filling done with her today. Appointments was finished in timely manner and there is no pain whatsoever. Also, every time I have questions, she is taking her time to answer my questions to ease my concerns. Highly recommend her for everyone!

I've been going to Adams Family Dental on Hancock st. In Quincy for five years. They are so great that when my company switched insurance carriers for dental, I still kept going to them because I couldn't fathom trying to find another place that I liked as much. Everyone in the front office is lovely. Dr. Campbell is the doctor I see for my final review usually. She is thorough and you can tell she really knows what she's talking about!! I usually see Hang Le as my hygienist. She is very thorough and cares deeply about you being comfortable during your time with her. I also really appreciate the paperless systems they have in place and everyone's respect for COVID protocol. I always feel comfortable here, even during a pandemic!
