I cant remember the lady's name who helped my family when my brother died, but she took care of everything and was the absolute best when it came to caring for us as people. We had the funeral at my church and they coordinated it seamlessly. If you want a place that will take care of you and the person you lost please consider them.

Danielle was extremely caring.  And so helpful with my dad's military honors. My family was very impressed by her kindness.  She has my thanks. She's my new favorite human.

I worked with Mike to have a direct cremation for a family member. He was very upfront with the pricing, which was extremely reasonable, and explained the whole process beginning to end.  I felt comfortable using Adams Funeral Home and would definitely recommend them to others.

My mother Mary Stone passed away between Christmas and New Years day. Adams Funeral Home in Nixa made her look beautiful like she had never been sick. Their kindness and servant attitude truly helped our family get closure and a feeling of peace in our grief. Thank you for the care and compassion you gave my mom and our family.

Worst funeral home ever. I love how they reply everything with how serious these matters are. That was the same reply I received in the answer they provided when I reported them to the BBB. They had our fathers death certificate for a year. Keep in mind everything was paid in full! We didn't receive it until we reported them. They did not cremated our father when we thought.  We were under the impression it was done, then were informed he was still in a freezer. His ashes weren't ready until the morning of his burial. Then when we gave the gentleman our urn, he asked " who am I putting in here"? All we got were excuses and added heartache from the owner herself.   ******* Response to owners response: If you read the entire review, I gave one star for several things! Lastly, you are stating we could just obtain the death certificate from the health dept..... perhaps you shouldn't of charged us for it in the first place!

Literally the worst funeral home ever. The nixa location has messed up so many things. My mother passed away and they made me bring three different changes of clothes for her not explaining with the autopsy they wouldn't work. Then they didn't have the obituaries done until an hour before the service. They were also still wrong so he had to reprint them. He included she was a very private but loving person. What a joke. Then I went to pick up the cremations and the director gave me the wrong ashes. I walked out to my car and realized that it did not have her name on it. They also charged over the amount that was agreed on. They also rushed everyone out after the service when we still had over an hour still paid for. They began putting all the pictures away themselves and rushing everyone outside or My the doors. Now I have been waiting for the death certificate for 3 weeks after I told it was done. I called after 2 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Don't go here!!

The meeting we initially had went very well, and it helped tremendously having the process the used. They we're so very helpful with every detail, and they went above and beyond to comfort us through the entire process. The facility was very nice and they were very well organized through the entire process to allow our family to focus on the ceremony and burial process. Highly recommend.

Upfront fair pricing. Respectful and kind, not pushy or salesman like service. Highly recommend. Allows direct cremation, offers online pricing and doesn't try to push embalming.
