I have been waiting on a head stone for a year and a half!!! Yes the product did take a while to be received but the lack of communication and organization of this place is the reason for poor service. I would call for updates on the progress of my stone and they would just throw out a response to get me off the phone. I went in their location and took the time to design the stone. Then followed up several weeks later to see where they were at on it just to find myself re-hashing the design details because they had no idea what was supposed to be on the stone. Yesterday I called after yet again several more weeks to see the progress and Jesse stated they still hadn't started my stone and would likely be a few more weeks because of the lack of help.I get it!Then I got a call this morning stating they were going to be delivering and setting the stone because it was done?! THEN I get a call right back saying sorry we don't have the base for the stone so we cant deliver and set it we will have to order it and wait for it to come in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!
I enjoyed working with Laura. She was helpful and I thought they did a great job with the stone. It arrived later than expected, however given the supply chain issues due to COVID, this was understandable. Communication regarding the delays could have been better, but in the end I'm just happy it finally arrived. For this, I would give Laura and the people who did the stone 5 stars. Billing was a different matter. It wasn't until several months after the stone was set that I got my first invoice for the remaining amount. About 45 days later, I was notified that the balance was still due, which I was surprised to learn. I relayed this to Laura and told her I would review my bank / credit card statements to see what happened. I thought I had taken care of it, but after checking my statements I realized a payment was never processed. Not sure why. Either way, I tried to contact them, again, to arrange a payment over the phone, but kept getting a busy signal. 15 days later, I get an email from Jesse stating if a payment is not received by end-of-month the email was sent on the last day of the month, so today???, that the stone would be removed. No further details provided. Less than 60 days from getting my first and only invoice, and just over 2 weeks removed from my last conversation with Laura, where I indicated I thought this was paid. Very disappointed and upset by this interaction. I feel this could have been handled better. Providing payment as quickly as possible was my intent. Due to a mix-up or a communication disconnect, it appears the payment was not applied as quickly as we both desired. Wish Jesse would have reached out to understand what was going on before making such a threat. No stars for Jesse.
One of the most down to earth and nicest group of folks I've had the pleasure of working with. They are incredibly accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with not just your purchase but your experience as well. Incredible service, best prices around, and the feeling of being more like a friend than that of customer, they can't be beat.
I just want to thank Nixa Monument Co for their work! I corresponded with Laura and she helped me with designing the perfect headstone! It was made and set in a very reasonable time frame. It is a good quality headstone that will withstand the test of time! The cost was reasonable and the customer service is exceptional!
Our experience with Laura at Nixa Monument, when having a headstone made for my father's grave, was outstanding from my first phone call to her to the placement of the monument last week. Laura, and everyone at Nixa Monument, treated us like we were the most important customers they had ever had. The monument is perfect and was completed very quickly. Thank you, Laura and the entire crew at Nixa Monument.

Laura A. at Nixa Monument is awesome. Due to my job environment and work hours, all of my business here had to be done by email. Laura was always quick to answer any questions, usually responding to my emails within minutes. I thought that the headstone I envisioned for my son would be way over my budget, if it was even possible to make. Not only did she help and guide me thru the process, I was able to stay within my budget. And once the stone is completed and set in place, it will be a true work of art. Something my son would have loved. Nixa Monument gets it. It's not just about good customer service, it is about getting a family thru a difficult time. Thank you Laura!
Beautiful double headstone for my husband and I. Done exactly as ordered looks better than I imagined. Done in timely fashion. Reasonable prices.
Worked really hard to get my sister's stone done and set up by memorial day. Great bunch of people to work with i appreciate the great job you all did.
Laura and her crew has been the utmost best when i call. I don't know if i have had any better customer service! Topnotch The Best!
