Everybody at Adams Insurance agency is super helpful and amazing. I worked with Katie. She not only explained everything to me in great detail but also took the time to figured out how to get me the best insurance rate. Even if Katie wasn’t available somebody was always there to help. Good morning, my name is Robert Howard and I have used Adams agency , Mr Richie was the specific agent I spoke with . I just want to share my exspirence with them . All with in the first year apparently they made a mistake and after 8 months of thinking I had insurance mva contacted me and told me I have never had insurance so I had to go through this process to prove I did..Then they never took one vehicle off my insurance and then told me it's my responsibility to show it's been sold or tags turned in they wouldn't take one minute to contact MVA which I thought would be there job ..Then I give the benefit of the doubt and try and renew my policy and they said they only way I can pay is the whole year , if I wanted to change it that I had to deal with penn national myself ...I highly recommend you find an agency that will actually do some work to help you ..It seems with Adams agency your completely on your own and will refuse to do anything to help find your cheapest options ...They just want you to give money and then they forget about you...If I acted with this incompetence I would definitely be jobless... Adams agency is who took my payments but when coming to them owing me probably about 800 they wanted nothing to do with helping to make sure I got that refund .... And still had the nerve to ask if I wanted to pay for another year up front in order to help me .....

Excellent Service! I started a commercial glazing company this past year, and the team @ the Adams Insurance Agency has made my first year a breeze. I've had all my needs taken into consideration and there has never been a time where I could not rely on what I needed, being provided in a timely manner.  Special thanks to Victoria for always having my Certificates of Insurance back to me on time I appreciate it more than you know. Also, a big thanks to Zack who helped me get my insurance needs all worked out on day one!  I appreciate you all, please keep up the good work! We need more companies with great employees like everyone @ this agency!

Bec with Adams Insurance made my switch seamless. She found out where I could save money, did all the MVA work, and throughout the entire process she was kind, polite, and extremely efficient. I won't get insurance through anyone else. Very highly recommend.
