Excellent Pediatric Dental experience! My 4 year old daughter was treated with the utmost regard in order to ensure that her first experience at this center was a positive one. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. We left very happy and will return! The building itself could and should be more inviting by installing signs that direct new patients to the Dental Department on the 2nd floor. It’s tucked away to the right where it can be easily missed amongst the other offices. It should be a pediatric adventure from start to finish for that added touch and overall wholesome experience.

If I could give a -10000 i would they literally give you the run around nothing never goes as scheduled they like to waste my time very unprofessional

I went to this facility at the beginning of July for an STD test. The doctor was rude and confrontational instead of comforting. They informed me i would get my results the 20th of July. I called the day of, no answer for a week. I decided to go in and no one would help me. They told me that the doctor would be back at a later and gave me a phone number. It’s now August 13 and I still don’t have my results. I ended up going somewhere else. Waste of my time and money. LEAVE THIS PLACE NOW!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!

Facility is okay, staff is nice. The doctor an African American older lady very rude and nonchalant. Isn’t welcoming nor does she seem interested. Definitely had better experiences and relationships with doctors.

I came Friday afternoon 4 hours prior to closing. I wasn’t greeted at all the lady at the desk just said “Can I help you”? I said Hi how are you and let her know the services I would be needing that day. She informed me that the service needed couldn’t be done due to the system being down. She asked if I could come back Monday. I am here now Monday this time I was greeted but in a VERY rude way. The young lady now at the desk said their done for the day. I informed her that the older lady asked if I could come back Monday she did not give a specific time. The older lady sat there and was saying a whole bunch of riff raff. This is the second time they were rude. The younger lady came up to say “I’ll get someone to check but there’s gonna be a wait, your gonna have to wait”. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO COME TO WORK, PLEASE STAY HOME. I came in and said hello how are you? I’m not rude and I respect everyone who respects me. So advice to this location please hire people who want to be at work and provide premier customer service.

The people are rude and unprofessional and don't seem to care much for the patient. There's not much privacy and it takes forever to be seen. I feel that the rooms could be cleaner. Also, they sent me a letter insuating that something was wrong. So I get there and wait 2 hrs for a lady to bring me to the back for a minute to tell me that everything was okay. She could have called and told me that or told me in the previous letter that she had sent me. She then ask will I be coming back next year. Which was a definite no. The fact that I work in a Healthcare environment. I feel like I didn't get the proper care. I feel like the woman best interest wasn't for me. They charge me $50 for that visit. They said once I go to the back it's consider a doctor visit and that's how much they charge for a doctor visit. Also, I had stated that I didn't want to be seen by a male and it seemed like no one cared about how I felt or what I wanted. I almost felt forced to be seen by someone that I didn't feel comfortable with. They said he was the only person that can do what I needed when there was clearly a couple of woman that could have got the job done. Which ended up happening anyway. The fact that I had to go through all that just to get a woman to assist me was outrageous. So that is my story dealing with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. To whoever that does decide to go here anyway. I wish you the best of luck!

Not really okay but the jury is still out. For two days I tried to get ASSISTANCE the first day the whole staff was eating lunch at 12 o'clock. I returned the next only to be told lunch starts at 11:30. Things that me wonder whose in charge and how did they get their job.

There were helpful staff in several parts of this location. They were polite informative and patient. One person was jazzy but overall everyone else were really courteous. Pretty nice and clean especially for a high volume public place.

I have been going to Adamsville Health Center since I was a little girl. My parents took my brothers and I there as children for our shots. Also, I have went there as an adult for whatever I have needed medically. I enjoy the workers, and it feels like home.

They’re so unorganized! I’ve been coming here for the past week for an immunization shot and each day they tell me to come back at a different time. Each time, they claim to have stopped doing immunizations even though I come at the time they give me.
