Well stocked, clean, super helpful staff, all around a great place to get your athletic gear needs met : Just remember, that the price you see on the shelf is BEFORE the employee pass discount is taken off, and that certain new products may have less of a discount, but they are clearly marked as to which ones, and what the correct discount will be. Always a fun experience. What you will be able to find each time you go is sometimes a hit and a miss. Still fun to go. I recommend going as soon as they open, or close to. It gets super busy. Kids stuff can sometimes be hard to find as well.

Great place to buy your ADIDAS gear at 50% off. You can get in anytime if you are a first responder, if your company gets a pass or if you make an appt on the app. A couple of things are full price like the newest shoe and other items are only 30% off. They have baby clothes, bags, children, men’s and women’s gear. They have hats, balls and belts. The customer service is great and the check out process is quick and seamless. In Montgomery Park inn NW Portland. Ample parking and off in the distance a great view of the St. John’s Bridge.

The employee who checked us in was SUPER friendly and had the best energy. I ended up quickly finding some unexpected hidden gems on a miscellaneous shoe rack in the back corner and then managed to also find a high quality backpack and a comfy classic hoodie all for 100 bucks in about 10-15 minutes. Very successful trip! Could have easily spent more time and money in there. Awesome selection!

You can reserve a time slot to come here through the Adidas app. AND most of the store is 50% off unlike Nike, where it’s only 40% off. Nike is also so stingy about who can come in. Thanks Adidas for not discriminating!!!!!! Also the employees here are always sweet and helpful when I can’t find my shoe size on the floor.

1st time shopping here and no real intentions of purchasing anything. Amazing customer service across the board, Jared was a legend! He knows his stuff and helped me find a couple of awesome shoes. I probably had 5 people ask me if I needed help, and even the cashier was a winner. It's not the norm these days and it was truly greatly appreciated. They won us over for sure.

I left the store with NOT A SINGLE ITEM! It was incredibly difficult to find merchandise in a size large football jerseys, jackets, even pants. My son found 3 different pair of shoes he liked, but they did not have a size 9.0 in stock. I was told to go to the outlet mall in Woodburn for better luck finding what I am looking for due to the fact they send all their "best sellers" there and usually have better inventory. They do not allow online ordering if THEY are out of stock in the employee store, which is pathetic, in my opinion. Honestly, sending customers to an outlet store when the Employee store isn't good enough? That's a way to lose customers like myself - quick! Customer engagement was good. You couldn't go 3-4 minutes without someone asking if you need help. The problem was asking for a common size large, shoe size 9.0 and getting the same response every time - "Sorry, we're out of stock on that." Guess I'll go to Nike where inventory is not as big of an issue if they are out of stock, they at least attempt to make it right. There is no reason to waste my time attempting to shop at a retail store where inventory levels are not sufficient for the client base they WANT to serve - If not by design, by incompetence of management.

Great showroom and good place with lot of collection. Staff are super cool and very very friendly and have answered all questions. They have lot of new stuff as well. The day I went it was 50% off on all products, however felt very expensive. But, I didn’t find great deals in this employee showroom. In fact felt bit expensive than other showrooms like Nike or Columbia.

Lots of shoe designs to choose from, however clothing options/selections were limited and sizing was more on the small to medium sizes. Definitely recommend a shoe purchase if you visit. Disappointed that there was no clearance area either as most other employee stores have.
