Portland Timbers Downtown Team Store

Salesperson was extremely helpful and tried to accommodate my request/order. From what I can tell, the customization shop sold him out and underneath. Extremely frustrating trying to create an order for someone's first match and birthday. Won't try again. Ever.

I currently work here...it's amazing. Love the opportunity to come and work everyday in an environment where I'm cared for as a person and not just a number in a system to keep someone else's pockets fat. I love Levy as a company.

Good selection of men's, women's, and kids Timbers apparel and a ton of hats and scarves. Lots of Thorns gear as well. The store was very well organized and the two women working were super helpful and so friendly.

I don't mind at all the small store. They have what I need and it's easily accessible. Their Twitter handle was vital for me, in getting my 2 green/gold Championship scarves. The staff is friendly, probably because we all have the same thing in common...RCTID!!! 2015 MLS Champions.

One of the worst retail experiences I've had. I received a Christmas gift from the team store and went to exchange it the day after Christmas but they were closed for two weeks. I went back the on 2/14 and they would not exchange the item because they have a return policy requires you to return the item with in 30 days. Even if they were not open. I thought the Timbers organization was better than this and the cared about the fan experience.

Good selection of tops, hats, jerseys and scarves. Though the t-shirts are starting to look more simplistic than they used to.

Great selection of Timbers gear, and some stuff you won't see in local stores. Great prices and always every size in stock. Don't bother shopping anywhere else for Timbers gear!

The Timbers are World Champions. The store is anything but, they do not answer the phone, employees are typically surly and non engaging with the stores customers who are there to support the Timbers. I doubt that this has anything to do with the young folks who are operating the cash registers and theoretically offering customer service. This strikes me as management on high some where in the Timbers organization by an individual who has no retail experience what so ever. Very disappointing and poorly run is my estimation of the operation. Come on Merritt hire some one who knows what they are doing.

Great Place To work!

The store is actually pretty small and can get really crowded even when they're lining people up. Most everything is available on the website so unless you have to have it immediately, or want to stumble across something you normally wouldn't see, not a destination.
