Well, where do I begin, the store ambience is such magnificent, all items are well sorted. And easy to locate 'em. For being an outlet store, one can constantly find great deals, if you're looking for discounts, that's the place to be. Besides, everything is beautiful. Right on!

Employees just standing around when there's a huge line. 4 employees standing at one register. The DM should be ashamed of the staff here.

They had great prices. They are not letting many people in. So around 10 people inside the store and a huge line waiting for long time outside. Once is your turn is great because no one gets on your way as you shop, but They should not let people wait that much.

A typical outlet store in a mall. Staff was very friendly and gave plenty of suggestions. We managed to find a pair of mens soccer shoes for 25% of manufacturer's suggested retail price, which is obviously very nice. Will be back to search for more bargains.

I was order jacket and pant 1setonline and pick up at store great mall Tuedays i got voice-mail to tell me come pick it up, but I got to store there only jacket, I let them know I will pick it up with jacket and pant same time. Today Wednesday they send me.email tell me to pick it up jacket and pant same time, i went there but only jacket, .i talk to supervisors Cindy explained situation, i have no time need to delivered to my.place i'll pay for shipping but she told me have to take a jacket and come back another day for pant wait for them to call,supervisor very unprofessional and very rude pushing me have to take jacket right away. As customers I shop at Adidas many years, this is happen it kind turn me off specially come to store dealing this kind behavior. Hope Adidas have right training for employees in future to do right job in their position

Now that management has changed the service in this store is subpar. The associate ringing us up on our $300 purchase did not put it under our rewards account even though he asked for our email. Upon returning to the store I wanted to exchange a shirt and did not have my receipt because he didn't link the two with our membership. Frustraing because we were also owed a price adjustment. The line was super long only 3 cashiers ringing on Saturday. I will refrain from coming on the weekends and now always double check the cashier input our email. Updating my review after 1 year of shopping here. We come in frequently at least 2-3 times a month to catch their new stock. Management is great and the staff is always super helpful! Ahhh thank gosh we have an outlet close. The ladies in management at this location are great. The cashier is always super friendly even if you have a return. I love coming here

Hours are inaccurate, needs to be updated. 1st time I came was at 745m when it says they closed at 9pm. Got there and store was closed. I came 2nd time today at 11:05am checking online that they do open at 11am. Got here and the store is closed and isn't opening until 12pm. Hopefully customer service will be good but definitely annoyed and 1 star for inconvenience. Will change rating when they actually open when I go.

Its an outlet. Options limited but much cheaper. It do be like that. I got lucky and got the last pair of skateshoes i could find in my size. Crazy luck. If youe xpect to find everything at an outlet. You're in the wrong.
