assistants not polite at all. when we ask for the items we want to purchase, they seemed to be disturbed or interrupted while they stared their phones literally. cashier, another awful part of the shopping experience
Extremely well merchandised store organized by male, female, and kids and by sport and all color coordinated. Much better presentation than nearby Nike. Love the old stadium elements.
LOVED the service of the guy @ customization Amazing! Very attentive, helpful, supportive & product knowledge on point! Would always do shoes w him again!
Adidas flagship store, a great stop for adidas and sneaker fans. Massive store with tons of selection and unique NYC themed stuff you won’t find at any other adidas stores. Neat decorations, and a drinking fountain to refill your water bottle.
Very nice and big store, I love it
Rude staff, asked for size of certain snickers to try them, waited forever even tho the store wasn't even busy and loads of staff on the floor just standing around, after about 10-15 minutes I asked what is happening only to be told they don't have my size. Staff mentality is : "we are better than customers that are paying their wages " Would never go back again.
Adidas Midtown Store is an absolute sneaker utopia. Their vast collection is a sneakerhead's dream come true. The spacious, well-organized layout enhances the shopping experience. Whether you're a seasoned collector or a casual shopper, this store is a must-visit for sneaker enthusiasts. I left with a big smile and an even bigger shopping bag!
One of the most awesome adidas store I have been to // although the variety of options and designs available seemed limited and unexpected. Loved the customisations area and wished had carried my all birds with me
Beautiful location. Several floors of open raw space with an industrial/retro kinda vibe. The sales staff were supper friendly and very helpful. There's a practice soccer space as well, amazing. I even observed some experimental virtual online shopping going on. Look out for that in the future. This place is definitely worth a visit!
Around 2 p.m. on a weekday, I stopped by to purchase shoes and had a terrible service experience. A Black woman with orange perm hair was constantly irritated, glued to her phone, frequently disappearing, and casually pushed us to buy the displayed shoes. Later on, whenever our eyes met from a distance, she blatantly frowned. While another staff member we encountered when picking out shoes and paying was very cool and friendly. It seems like the woman with orange hair doesn't lift a finger unless necessary.
