ADKFIT is a unique program designed by fitness REVOLUTION staff member Jason McComber.
ADKFIT takes fitness to the next level by designing workouts specifically with you as the member or client in mind. We are friends and fans of the crossfit workouts but realize that they are not for everyone. We incoporate much of the same principals and movements but evolve them and develop them into workouts that men and women with all different types of fitness goals can benefit from. The class is offered at Fitness Revolution in Lake Placid, NY--Monday through Friday at 11am. Most classes are about an hour long.
