I have a family member who worked with Blue Diamond in Belmont Shore for her wedding rings and she was very happy with the work they did for her. So I stopped in to see if they could help me find a small blue diamond for a ring I already had where a stone was missing. They searched for and found 3 small perfect blue diamonds for me to look at within a few days---and installed the one I chose very quickly. Great work, fantastic service and attitude with Abby, the manager, and the other staff. I highly recommend the store, the service, and the ability of the people there to help and find the right solution.

Oh. My. God. The service, craftsmanship and experience was phenomenal at Blue Diamond. Abi was so kind and patient with my indecisiveness. I went in looking for a specific cut and color Sapphire for my engagement ring and she brought in various stones to choose from. Even after finalizing the design, I changed my mind again on the prong style and she was so kind to have two CAD files provided so that I could easily make a choice. My engagement ring is STUNNING. We actually picked our wedding bands on the same day and pricing was wayy under our budget with all 3 rings. I recently went back for another simple ring and a beautiful custom necklace for our heirloom diamonds. Everything was executed phenomenally. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back for more sparkly things.

My fiancé and I had a beyond 5 star experience at Blue Diamond Jeweler!! Brain and Abi were both professional, personable, and truly cared about us and our experience in designing my engagement ring. I had a terrible outcome at a jeweler in Cypress, CA. We had the ring picked out in this person's shop...he tried to replicate the ring twice and failed miserably both times. When we walked into Blue Diamond, Brian and Abi saw the look of disappointment and anxiety on our faces. They took the time to help us design the ring from start to finish. We were involved in every step of the process!!! We truly loved our experience there and will continue to return and recommend them to our friends and family! Abi and Brian...THANK YOU!!! Rushey’s family has been in the jewelry industry for many generations. He has gained a wealth of knowledge. Importantly, he went out of his way to get us the best deal possible for a 1.57 Carat lab grown Diamond, gold band, and gold men’s wedding band. We felt very comfortable that he was getting us an insane deal. Finally, we are THRILLED with the design and quality of rings produced. After going to three other jewelry stores with no success, I was lucky to come blue diamond .. I was greeted by Erin who listen patiently about how sad I was that my engagement ring was completely destroyed. Erin was so nice, assumed me that my dream engagement ring could be redone. Not only did she designed my new wonderful engagement ring but my old damaged one was beautiful fixed into my wedding band. All this at such a reasonable budget. All others just wanted to sell me and up sell me a whole new ring and did not listen that I wanted to use my original diamond my husband had hand picked for me. I can’t wait to see my new setting. Erin is so nice that I went back to buy additional jewelry, and had my pearls fixed. I will never go anywhere else. Having Erin know diamonds and understanding the true value of my diamond was wonderful. Thank you Blue Diamond for having people like Erin working for the customer not just a sale. Excited to see my new ring come alive from her design!!

My fiancé and I returned to Blue Diamond after he had worked with them to create my beautiful engagement ring and wedding band. Even though the concept he had for his ring was quite complicated, Abi never hesitated to guide us along every step to bring the vision to life. They were able to create the ring fairly quickly, and the end result was exactly what we hoped for. Thanks to Abi and the Blue Diamond team, we now both have rings that are uniquely “us,” and we know we can trust them to do an amazing job with any other projects in the future.

BLUE DIAMOND Belmont Shore store. 1st visit. Thank you Debbie and Altaf for making the perfect ring for my perfect guy. Debbie went above and beyond by keeping me informed on ring status AND delivering my ring because we forgot to pick it up haha. She's a lifesaver! 2nd visit. 7/1/18 Debbie had my rings cleaned while I explained how I wanted my wedding band and engagement ring merged together. My rings look brand new. I love this place, Debbie has made me a customer for life with her attention to detail and warm personality. 3rd visit 7/16/18 It actually started on Thursday with Ben calling me that my ring was done. I wasn't able to pick it up right away. Debbie then sent me pictures of the ring all angles. She made sure the job was done exactly how I wanted. Although the exact design was different than discussed I liked this design better! Abi and Altaf even adjusted the price to make sure I walked out a happy customer. Debbie then did a follow up message with me to make sure I was happy since she couldn't be there to handle it herself. I wish I could give this place 10 gold stars!!! So I'll just do it here. 7/06/22 Blue Diamond of second street, long beach for another incredible win. My rings were looking pretty shabby. They needed reshaping and a good cleaning. From the start customer service was tip top. Thanks Debbie for answering all my questions on the phone and directing me to Brian, he was efficient and fast. Update on store appearance. Although the store is set up luxurious, their service was warm and neighbor friendly. I came in with my wild 2 year old and they understood I was strapped for time. My experience at Blue Diamond was unbelievably smooth and painless. Designing and buying a custom set of rings for the first time would make anyone a little nervous, but Abi made me feel so comfortable and confident during every step of the process. She was always open, communicative, and honest, and had wonderful suggestions for the designs and modifications. My fiancé absolutely loves the rings. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and can't thank Abi enough for her help and expertise. I'm sure I'll be back in the future!
