Adult Jam's artisan preserves and marmalades are "fait mason",home made in limited batches by an experience(confiturier) jam maker...using carefully selected organic seasonal fruit. I use local sustainable organic ingredients,heirloom fruit,Liqueurs,organic Teas,and some wild ingredients.I have created over 50 unique flavors of jams and marmalades.
The Jam is made in traditional hand hammered copper French confiture preserving pans ,which keeps the fruits exquisite texture and flavors ....BPA free lids and filter water is used through out the Jam making process.The labels have my writing, photos and break down easily for recycling....Adult Jams and marmalades flavors deliciously stand out because of the subtle balance of less sugar more fruit.
