Absolutely outstanding service, kindness and professionalism. Gentleman helped my mother to install her new truck battery in Texas HEAT, right in the parking lot. They're the real ones. Appreciate the hardwork and dedication to community.
Tobias was very helpful and respectful. He showed me the battery options available for my vehicle. He explained it could be sent in from another store the next day and installed for free. I believe Robert installed it and he was also very pleasant.
Very knowledgeable personnel. They were honest and told me which parts to stay away from and which ones had good quality and price.
Returned to the store to return a fuel pump we ended up not using and was told it was installed in my vehicle cause it was dirty and looked like it had been connected which it wasn't and they would not let me return the fuel pump so I was out $140

I didn't need any auto parts when I went here last. I had to drop of a package I was returning to Amazon at one of their lockers for UPS to pickup. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, helpful, and willing to help even though I wasn't buying anything from their store. Update 6-13-22 This time when I went to Advanced Auto Parts I was needing freon for my air conditioner. They had a variety to choose from. This time I only needed the refill can, not the one with the valve. They're all reasonably priced compared to others. But it's hot as Texas weather is right now, cost was not important. The 5 minutes that I was there, 3 other customers came in also to buy freon. So within 5 minutes they had 4 sales for freon. When I got to the register I was like "Y'all must make a killing this time of year being in Texas." The cashier said "YES, and we don't drive up the price knowing that people would almost kill for air conditioning this time of year. And it sells itself."
Hello were a small business T&M Automotive we highly recommend Advance in Copperas Cove we've received great help from Trey we've dealt with him for years.
I highly recommend Trey is always helpful with a great attitude he’s the only one I ask for help due he always goes above and beyond.I had dealt with most of the employees there and he’s always the one I end up going to due is always go above and beyond for the customer.
Not always my number one choice for parts. Hate to say it but I usually try to order things from RockAuto online and I have a long-term account with AutoZone because of a car lot that I ran so advanced seems to be number three but they were great nice people and very helpful every time I go in so you can't go wrong
I usually like Advance Auto but I was having battery trouble so I stopped in and had my battery checked and my alternator. The young guy told me my battery was fine but my alternator was completely gone. I am 64 and experienced enough to know how my car would be acting with a completely dead alternator. He even showed me his meter which had a big crack on it as if it had been dropped. He tried to sale me an expensive alternator which I didn't buy. A few days later I went right next door to another Auto parts and had both checked and there wasn't anything wrong with my battery or my alternator.
