It's an auto parts store, a typical store with typical service. I've learned never to have very high expectations for these types of businesses.

Great service as always. Kaela is always so friendly and helpful. Greets everyone with a smile and so helpful. She helps me look for what I need and takes the time to make sure it’s the correct part before I make my purchase. If I’m browsing looking for something on the shelves, she comes over and ask what I’m looking for and then points me in the direction of where it’s located. That’s what customer service is all about. You need more like her. And Yes. She’s very knowledgeable about automobiles. I honestly think she knows more than most guys that come in to get parts.
I've been an avid customer of this chain for years but I have to say after stopping in this store, bar none this is the best one I've been to due to an employee named KAYLA who's gone above and beyond everytime I've visited here. She's never had a problem getting hard to search for parts as we drive a 38 foot motorhome and she also gets dirty installing stuff for us which is their free service but I've been to other stores that wouldn't help at all. KAYLA yesterday climbed under and changed a burned out front blinker getting soaked in the process from the dripping a/c condenser and then not only that but volunteered to change the other one too for us so I'd have 2 new ones and not have to myself when it did burn out. Kayla has a terrific personality and goes above and beyond so stop in there, get her help and she'll let you leave happy wanting you to return the next time you need Advance Auto Parts.
Great shopping with them all the time when I go in the first person I see is Kaela. She is very professional about her job and she respects everyone who comes thru the door.. if you need something she will find even if they have to order it to be there next day....
Very nice workers there. Tracy and the other guy asked me if I needed help right when I walked in and was helpful as could be!
Pretty good customer service but it depends on who's working i went in on a weekend it was slow 2 was there and I wasn't pleased with them but most the time everyone else is really helpful..
Kaela Gregory from the Abingdon Va store was so very nice and helpful she really knows how to treat people. Plus she knows her job well!!
Amazing friendly staff, willing to help regardless of any situation you may have. Highly recommend these guys!
Extremely kind and helpful. When the part we needed wouldn't get in until the time we were leaving town, they called another auto parts store in the town we were going to to secure the part we needed. That is above and beyond. Got us a fantastic deal on a socket set, too. Thank you so so much!
