High prices on brands that are not worth it. Walmart brands that were worn out were $8 and more. ‍ You’re better off buying new unfortunately.
Great thrift store! The items are displayed very nicely. The items were great brands and were clean. I've been to other thrift stores that smell and you feel yucky when you leave. Not at this store! Everything seemed clean and in great condition. The people working there were extremely nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the prices, I felt some were high for a thrift store. The tags on some items had the retail cost and then listed their price. I understand some brands are very expensive if you purchase it new, but still this is a thrift store. If the item is new, I can see pricing it a bit higher, but I think used items are expected to be more affordable. Even with that aspect, I would highly recommend this thrift store.
Good variety and quality of thrift items. For the most part everything is organized well, although space can get a little tight in the back part of the store. Prices are mostly reasonable. Staff is always friendly. Really like their color of the week sales. It's a great incentive to stock up. The one drawback is how early they close on weekends.
Good prices and great way to support our local community. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a great assortment of products and clothes unlike other thrift stores in the area. I can't say how much they are blessing to our community.
Good variety and clean store.
It was a clean, well-kept store. I lost my phone when I was there and the cashier was nice enough to call it and help me find it. They had everything I was looking for and it was all reasonably priced.
My Sister and I had stopped by to waste time. She saw it on the way to our destination. We went in looking around and I found a crackled glass that I liked. We looked for ten minutes or so for the other pieces because sticker said $2.50, 3 piece set. Finally ask lady up front if she could help us. She did and she was fine. So we couldn find it was the three of us. So she ask the lady in the back of she could help us. She came out and did. Then makes the comment all the crackled is $2.50 for one. Which was fine until a few minutes later. She tells the lady up front. Charge her $2.50 for that when she get it. I am not saying she want tell ya but when she does. Thats what you should charge her. With me two feet from her. Bad customer service and very rude. Funny thing my sister made the comment; if we had a truck she was interested in some for the furniture. So they lost money because of the lack of customer service from one person.
We were in on sat july 28 during the Highlands Festival and upon entering the store there was a male worker behind the counter on his cell phone that did not speak or even look up after we walked passed him, the store had several shoppers browsing , there were 4 in our party, we continued to look and worked our way back to the rear of the store where we encounterd a young blond girl as well as a taller thin dark haired male, both were employees but also did not speak, they were concerned about unpacking a box on the floor that contained many items. I was interested in a revere ware pot without a lid, priced higher than i expected for a thrift stores normal price, I also picked up a pot lid from a box of random lids which the box was marked lids 1.00 each, the lid I wanted was priced 5.00 so I inquired about the prices and were they as marked or negotable, the guy just looked at me like I had spoke in a foreign language and finally the girl looked up and I asked if the prices were firm? she gave me a puzzled look and said " I GUESS" I returned the items to the shelf and my party went to the front of the store where the man at the counter had just begun to greet the Blond young lady and her friend who was asking directions I assume as he was explaining where they should go, Just wanted to make the owner or manager of this store aware that we will not be back , I work in retail and have for 40 plus years, am a previous manager of a retail store and know that customers arriving and shopping like to be greeted and also extended the courtesy of if you need anything please let me know, or if a question is asked , they would take a second to find an answer besides " I GUESS" . I would expect this establishment will not be in business long or at the very least make any sizable profit extending this type of service to potential customers.
Horrible they don't even Clean the donated items before trying to charge as much as you would pay in a retail store new it's kinda sickening hopefully the health department steps in before someone gets sick
