I did a pickup order here, I typically don’t check my order unless it’s a lot of items. This pickup was 5 items, I didn’t look into my bag until the next day and realized they didn’t give me the correct paint color so I went back and exchanged it. Started on my mini project again today and bam didn’t even cross my mind, I was missing an item from my order. Not likely to do a pickup order again at least from this specific location.
I just had my car jumped and went here to test and buy a new battery. Julia was working the register and was warm and friendly and thankfully, Michael, diligently and expertly cleaned the battery connections and installed a new battery. He took his time and went well beyond what you’d expect. I highly recommend heading here for whatever you vehicle needs.
Excellent service from start to finish. Battery died at work and needed to be jumped/replaced. I cannot stress enough the expeditious and professional nature of the service I received from Michael. From the phone call to the battery replacement, no stress doing business here. I expected to be waiting in a lobby for hours but they got me in and out in minutes. I will be back!

Car battery died and Jason and Mike helped me out. They even installed the battery for me in record time. These guys are great and efficient. Will definitely return if I have future car needs.
My experience at this Advanced auto store in Wheeling was one of the best Mike and Jason were so helpful and friendly they both helped to make sure I had the right battery and installing it for me in a timely fashion. Great work guys!
I went in to buy a new battery and Michael installed it. He was very professional and patient as the terminals were corroded and took a little bit of time to get off. He should be a highly valued employee!
Absent mind workers. They claim that I didn't pick up my ups package, and they scanned and sent it back to ups in Palatine . I picked up my package a long time ago, and my son is already using this jacket canadian goose, how they could scan the package second time and send it back, if it was picked up by me long time ago.....
Let me start with the bad Experience I had At AutoZone. I'm very disappointed at the service I received at Autozone. To start, I had to ask for help since there was no one at the counter when I walked in the store, I actually had to ask loudly "Can someone help me?" So finally this guy in grey button up shirt came out of his office, I think his name is Dave? So I bought a pair of headlights and a car battery that needed to be installed in my 2002 Honda civic. The counter guy that was helping me at that moment, Dave, said that he wasn't going to be able to install my battery because it's "too difficult". So I decided to Return everything and go to the other Auto Parts down the street. Advance Auto Parts. They sold me a battery and headlights. The counter guy installed my battery in literally 8 mins or less, I explained my bad experience with AutoZone and he also installed my headlights. He was very nice and friendly. I also received $20 dollars coupon sent to my email for my next purchase at Advance Auto Parts. Their reward program is called SpeedPerks! Also you don't need to carry a key chain; all you need is your phone number. Go to Advance Auto Parts, Don't waste your time going to AutoZone. I will never go back to AutoZone. Ps. They usually don't Install light bulbs. It's not a free service they offer, but the store manager was there and she gave him the approval to go ahead and install my headlights. She was very nice.
