The line was not long at all if there at all. Most things were 50% off if not around 75%. In all honesty I picked up about 20 items and about 15 of them were cheaper online even with their discounted prices. So you just got to keep your eyes open. Not always what it seems on some of the items they are selling at this location. Overall the staff there were very friendly. And the store was clean.
The Macys located at Springhill Mall, has the most unprofessional group of people working at their customer service.I got shipped the wrong items, I asked the lady attending to me why can she not process a refund, the look I was given by the other lady also at the till was like is it our fault you received the wrong item?. This is not the first time the employees at this location had done this. It’s a shame to have these sets of people working for Macys. Do better, employ better people not people who do not have a clue what good customer service is. I would have given a negative 5 stars if I had that option, that’s how irritated I was.
Probably more Custer's than this Macy's has seen in awhile. Deals are still not that great, as 30 percent still makes much of the product expensive. I was impressed with how well organized everything was despite bargain hunters running through the product. Store is pretty clean also.
Had to go in laser minute... Literally 20 minutes on a Saturday before they closed to grab some Mac cosmetics... I felt rushed because I came in so close to closing time but the cosmetician at the counter slowed me down and told me to relax and not rush me at all. She help me pick out the proper cosmetics and I was only there probably 5 minutes after the closing time. Coming in last night it is something that I never like doing but they made me feel like it was okay. I still won't do it next time but it's nice to know that they are willing to work with you.
Not bad. Not what Macy's used to be. Seems more like going to Target these days. I really needed help in menswear and could not find anyone to help me on the whole floor. I did manage to buy a good suiter travel bag on sale. Hope they don't end up like Sears and find a way to keep Brick and Mortar alive.
I love Macy's they have everything from purses to shoes, clothes and skin care products. I love the different perfumes they offer. At times it can be a long wait at the register but its worth it.
Returned a last act item 2days late and couldn't get a merchandise credit on the spot, I have to wait for it to come in the mail! I just couldn't believe that, and the cashier had an attitude of disrespect and uncaring! I will think twice about shopping at Macy's!
I love the sales lady I see when I'm there she knows my style of dress and works hard to find what she has you cannot get that kinda service on line I say thank you. For making me feel special
My girlfriend was looking for a dress to wear to her brothers wedding but did not find one. She didn't even see one she wanted to try on. The selection at this Macy's was very limited n didn't even have a Macy's feel to it, but more of a Sears type of feel. Not impressed with this Macy's at all.
In the same fashion as the mall in general, this Macy's has seen better days. The selection of clothing is still pretty decent, and it's easy to find gems at good prices. The downside is it appears from an outsider perspective is that corporate seems to have pulled payroll hours. The fitting rooms are generally unkempt, and it is not uncommon to find articles of clothing in improper sections. This store isn't "dirty" just untidy. Another odd point about this Macy's in particular is that I tend to find a higher percentage of clothing articles with return tags on them vs other nearby Macy's stores. For me, this is the only reason to still go to Spring Hill Mall. The other anchors and interior stores are downers, longing for the crowds of the 80's/90's.
