If I could put zero stars, I would. Managers nowadays don’t have the respect towards customers anymore. Learn how to talk to customers and maybe you will get more business!!! There is a saying, treat others others how you want to be treated…. Will not be back
went to auto advance and The person in front of the store was rude and sarcastic to my dad and me. you could tell by his attitude he was not please to help us.
Informative, friendly staff. Did not have my part in stock so had to order but only took a couple days.
Very upset!! My husband was out of town & bought an item from the Advanced Auto in Butler, Al. Got home to Pascagoula & the item didnt fit. I took the item along with the rcpt to the Advanced Auto here in Pascagoula to return it for either a refund or store credit & was told they couldnt help me & that i would have to take it back to the store in Butler, Al. I think that is absolutely ridiculous that i will have to drive 2 hours to return the product when its the same company & the store here carries the same products!! I dont see why they couldnt at least have given me store credit!!
Not good! Customer service and wrong prices advertised ! Called back up there to let a manager know we were overcharged and the girls working, were laughing. Won't be back with lies on posted on the shelf!!! If you buy something there, better make sure it's the correct amount before leaving! Absolutely disappointed in this store
I'm a truck driver out of town and my daughter lives by this store. She needed a battery and they were kind enough to help her with installing it and she was on her way. Thank you gentlemen appreciate your service
Wow! Needed a last minute part for my boat motor. The marine dealer didn't have one. Kimberly at the Pascagoula store went out of her way to find a non OEM part that will work! Excellent customer service. Kimberly is great.
Great prices and great selection but more importantly great people they treat you like family if they know you or not they go above and beyond to help you out was on vacation down here had car problems and went to see if they could help they went above and beyond what their job requirements are to help me and my family. I appreciate what they did so much and would highly recommend this place to anyone anytime you need anything
Great service whenever I visit almost always have what I need and if not they will get it within the day. Unless it's a special order
Went to get new windshield wipers and the clerk afford put them on. Thank goodness for that as there was a small problem. She finally got them on and we were no our way. Great job
