Take your business else where very unprofessional. They seemed bothered, lady needs an attitude adjustment. Sad to say they represent UPS. I was talking on my AirPods lady thinks I’m talking to her, She’s starts yelling out of nowhere. She needs Help
Beginning with the chick that handled my pack from the time I dropped it off, they damaged the box to a package that I was shipping off for a sale. The damaged to box prevented the sale from being completed, subsequently costing me money. Be better, or quit.
The staff have been decently nice but there are times where I have witnessed the staff wearing only sock feet walking around the store. This morning the manager was wearing house shoes and looked so disheveled and annoyed. They are always on their phones talking and it really takes a while to do simple drop off. They’ve never been rude per say but they do need some training in professional behavior.
Two female reps were very helpful but the male was rude and impatient, he even abruptly walked away and assisted another customer without saying anything! #Attitude! Too much inconsistencies about Amazon codes, what needs boxing/packaged. Don't be rude because a customer has questions!
Do not go here unless Missy is there. The other girl and guy there are rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. They are very unwilling to help and seem to hate their job every day they are there, very uninviting and difficult to deal with. I would move my business if they were the only two that only worked there. The one good employee Missy is the only thing keeping us doing business there.
I went to this store and the person who was inside had NO protection, no mouth cap or gloves, apart from that I was sharing a pencil for her and everyone who needed it, when she came in and saw me with my mouth cap she ran to put on one . First of all the companies should inform their employees how to protect themselves and it is not that I am ill or anything but I do not know who entered this store and I do not know if they clean everything that is there. Young lady who attended to me on April 31 at 3:05 pm report and do not be ignorant.
I Paid $32 for a box to be sent to my daughter that was never received. The website said it was delivered, but my daughter was home all day long and it never got there. I went to the UPS Store in Pascagoula, MS, where I shipped from, and was told they would do an investigation and that I would received a call back within 24 hours. Well it's been 5 days and still no call back and no refund. The girl told me I would only get a refund of my shipping cost and not the packaging materials... Why should I have to pay for packaging for a box that was NEVER DELIVERED??? Do NOT do business with this location!! The store in Ocean Springs is always professional and I've never had a problem with them. This, btw, is the SECOND package in three weeks that was lost by UPS.
The whole crew at UPS Pascagoula has been phenomenal to me and my business Coastal Cleaning Services for years! Missy, Ty, Jade, and Rhonda are very helpful and keep me updated on all my pickups! Highly recommend!
The staff I've encountered act like it's bothering them to do Amazon returns. I don't understand why since it's part of their job. I go to the UPS store in D'Iberville and they are so much more professional and pleasant. I literally dread going here.
Could not be more pleased with my experience here with Adrianna. Was thrilled to find a Notary open until 6:30 PM and she was very friendly and honest as well. After she learned that it was just my wife who needed her signature notarized and not both of ours, she lowered the price from $20 to $10. I was paying cash so I would have never known the difference. I'm grateful for her honesty!
