I'm from out of town and am starting to head home in the next few days 1000 mile drive. Had a problematic and intermittent starting problem battery DOA when I would try to start the truck - sometimes after a day, sometimes after three hours. It's a large duty diesel pickup truck with dual batteries. James and Paula were wonderful. Complex diagnostics due to the dual battery situation that took lots of time because both batteries had to be disconnected and tested separately. They could not have been more courteous, friendly and, ultimately, knowledgeable. At one point when James couldn't find the appropriate tool on the store's battery cart, he just went to his own truck and brought out his personal tool kit to get the job done. After the problem was isolated, Paula was amazing explaining the diagnostic process, answering my questions about the available options and providing advice. Both were so pleasant and helpful. They are great ambassadors for AAP, and I hope the management/ownership recognizes their value. Thank you Paula and James. PS, their effort resulted in an accurate diagnosis and the sale of a high end battery. Money well spent.
Mario assisted me today with the installation of a new battery. He was polite and very professional. Given the current climate of less than dedicated service, this young man reminded me there are still hard working and dedicated young people in the work force.

Since the merger with car quest, they carry more products than they used to. Also, the customer service is much better than AutoZone, where they don't even answer your call, or when they do, they put you on hold until you give up and hang up. I'm switching to them from AutoZone. I highly recommend the Thomasville store. Nice people, they're helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm about to change my 30 year commitment over to auto zone unless someone tells Thomas to take a bath. Checkout with him the last two times was horrible.

Quick and easy trip. I immediately found what I was looking for, and--thanks to assistance from a friendly and knowledgeable associate--was able to grab a few more items I definitely needed that happened to be on sale at excellent prices! Will definitely return the next time I need anything auto.

There was a young lady there who help me out I really appreciate it her professionalism and also her kindness she was strong diligent hard-working and she was literally taking the task alone she was multitasking there are no Men available and she seem to know just what she was doing regarding the battery I will be back
