I will always use o Reilly's just because they answer all my questions with no judgement. As a female we may not be as confident as men are going in to buy things for our cars, but with the staff here they don't pass judgment or laugh at my questions and I'll always come back. I was able to change my spark plugs and coil packs all on my own. So definitely stop in, for advice or parts. They'll help you.

Paul was extremely rude and kept running over me and would not let me speak. This is not the first time I’ve had problems dealing with this long haired hippie. Oreillys in Thomasville georgia has lost my Business

Best parts store in town.

Their day shift staff is amazing and helpful. When you need help at night they act like they don't understand what your talking about. Also you can call them and they might answer the phone or just hang up on you. Today to be exact iv tried calling one time they answered and called back 3 other times to be hung up on or didn't answer.

Great service and best price on most parts and if not in stock they will have it same day or first thing the next morning

I rented the tools I needed to change my fuel pump. They also sold me the fuel pump cheaper than anyone in town was selling it. Really nice customer service and short wait times.

I'm a regular customer and I always get treated with respect and if the item is not in stock I can get it the next day.

Typical Monday to get off work to find a dead battery. The gentleman that helped me this evening was wonderful. He installed my new battery in the cold without hesitation. Thank you so much!
